We rented a 1 bedroom suite and were very happy with the rooms. The beds were soft and both rooms were very clean. The bathrooms also were clean and tidy. Upon checkout we left a very important personal item and the hotel front desk were able to locate it and make arrangements to have it shipped out the very next day. Will definitely consider Wyndham properties for all future trips.
The room was the most cost-effective hotel during my trip. It was a suite with a large area. Most of the service staff spoke Spanish but were very enthusiastic. There is 24-hour welcome coffee and cookies, and the breakfast is not bad. Very close to the nearby town of Amish. The guests staying here are also very friendly and it is a safe and comfortable area.

This is a family style motel, great deal ticket to Dutch Wonderland and convenient to walk over. Lots of flies and knats in our room on the first floor. Safe didn’t work in any of 3 rooms we had. Restaurant couldn’t accommodate guests as it was short staff.
But Nice pool for the kids. Air conditioner was good. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Overall if you’re not too particular it was a fun weekend for the grandkids. Lots of eating options nearby.
On short notice, I decided to take a mini vacation for Labor Day. I choose the Courtyard by Marriott at 1931 Hospitality Drive in Lancaster, PA. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a gentleman named Gordon. Mr.Gordon answered all my questions about places to visit and where to dine. I especially appreciated his professionalism and genuine hospitality. He quickly checked me in and gave me a key to my room. The room was impeccably clean. I got a great night sleep and plan to return to this beautiful hotel again. On a scale from 0-10, I give Gordon and the hotel a “15”. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will see you again, soon!

RRUOSIThe hotel is relatively new, clean, refreshing, and crowded on weekends. The hotel faces the road, and it is best to live in the back room. There are more trucks on the road and it is noisy. Hotel facilities are simple but complete, there is a swimming pool, there are some game facilities in the lobby, very comfortable hotel!
GGuest UserI've made a number of short trips to this area, and this is by far the best hotel of any I have stayed in, for about the same price. It is clean, modern, quiet. There is a small but nice indoor swimming pool. Staff are very helpful. My only complaint: the continental breakfast was extremely limited--only a packaged pastry, instant oatmeal, juice, and coffee were available. Even though this is the time of Covid, it should be possible to offer at least a few other (and healthier) selections--perhaps some fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, toast or bagels. Hope the management can improve on this in the future.
GGuest Userour tour group stayed here as we passed through on our way to (and from) Cape Cod. I was very pleased with our room. It was small, but super clean with comfortable beds. They also had a great shower. (No bath tub). Breakfast was not hot, although they did have breakfast sandwiches. There was yogurt, fruit, and other basics. It was plentiful. The staff was friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
We had stayed in King room before but this time we had our son with us. My husband requested a room with 2 Queen beds as stated on their website and our receipt. Lo and behold when I laid on the bed I noticed my husband was really close. Hmm...with measurements taken and confirmed by Google, my imagination was off and yes, the beds are full sized. When my husband went to remind them that he had reserved a room with 2 queens, he was told, ”they are standard beds” and he replied ”yes, full beds”. He was told except for the king rooms all the rooms had the same size beds. I'm glad I am a bitty person because otherwise my son would be sleeping on the floor. The room is very clean just like last time. Don't recommend for larger sizes.
Extremely clean and well maintained property. Met all the expectations. The only negative is that my 6 and 8 year Olds thought the pool was small, it was, but they were the only ones using it. I am sure when the hotel is busy the pool may not be accessible when you want and you may need to go back when it cleared out. It's in a great location for walking across the street to Dutch wonderland and the outlets. The breakfast is fantastic. Many options and is fresh. *Special thanks to the following Staff* Nana - Hooking up our family with a bunch of extra towels due to being missed by housekeeping. Leroy - For getting my 6 year old a plain bagel for her eggs as she only likes plain. Stay here as it is better than the Radisson next door.
Nnewname2345We just arrived back home from the hotel and although it is a very clean hotel there are a few things that have us saying one and done. This was our first time staying at this hotel we normally stay up the street away from the over pass but we figured why not try this hotel. This has to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not the hotel but the traffic, what I did not know was the over pass was right next to the hotel I thought when others said it was noisy that it was from the road in front of the hotel. Thats not the issue its the tractor trailers running right next door to the hotel over the over pass all night long and during the day I swear as soon as they hit the bridge they had to shift gears to get over it. We were on the 3rd floor and although pot is not legal in pa there was most certainly someone smoking pot. Every day you could smell it. I told the girl at the front desk and she said maintenance was staying on the third floor doing work? Either way it was pretty over powering every day except the day after I said something to the main desk. The beds are a tad hard but after a few days you get used to them. Breakfast, go out for breakfast not much to pick from. Biggest issue is you can not make a left turn out of the parking lot you must go to the right and turn around in walmart if you want to go left and if your going to the outlets they are all to the left. One perk is that there is a walmart if you forget something within 3 minutes of the hotel. The price is more then fair but other then that we go to to lancaster at least once a year this hotel will not be on our list of places to stay.
Booked this place as we (myself & husband) decided on a last minute trip to the area to see Amish stuff and it was the cheapest place for a Saturday night. I read the reviews, as I always do before booking a hotel, and they were mixed with several 1 star ones and I would usually avoid such a place but we didn’t want to spend a lot & it was only for one night to literally sleep in so gave it a go…well we were pleasantly surprised - the man on reception was nice & check in went smoothly, the reception area was clean & there was a little area to make free coffee (we didn’t have any so can’t comment of the taste). Got to our room & it was spotless, a bit basic, although there was a fridge & microwave - but not soulless basic like some rooms can be. The bathroom was also clean, shower was good - there was only bars of soap available though, no shampoos & shower gels but plenty of towels. I really have no complaints about it, it was nice for a basic overnight stay.
It looks nice but the planning and placement of things was not well thought out. We were moved to three different rooms when we arrived. The bathroom door in the first room wouldn't close at all. While checking the bathroom door in the second room, the door locked itself. At least in the third room the bathroom door worked but the toilet seat was for an elongated bowl and stuck out into the very limited floor space. In order to open the door while you were in the bathroom, you had to step into the shower. Ceiling tiles were not the right size so there were gaps and openings. Be sure to request each day if you want clean towels and your room refreshed. I didn't understand how we were supposed to reuse towels when there are no towel bars to hang them up on. The sink is very nice looking but the faucet is too big so the water splashes everywhere. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. We will probably think twice before staying here again.
JJihooThey were very accommodating and greeted us warmly. The room was clean and organized. I liked this hotel because it is pretty close to the Amish store.
Very good experience, hotel is VERY clean,quiet..the surrounding area is so quiet ane peaceful..the sound of the horse carriages and hoofs from the Amish are amazing and relaxing..its far from the sounds of the traffic on the busy roads..all you hear is the sounds of the night..its surrounded by farmland and not lit up buildings.. Peter and dee are awesome they are so nice and make sure your accommodations are satisfie.. You will not be disappointed.. And if you stay at the cherry lane motel you also get to meet lilly she is there awesome adorable dog...she is great..she comes to say hi...
