"Facilities: The hotel facilities are well maintained, but the closet door handle in my room fell as soon as I opened it. Thanks to me calling the front desk to ask if there is bottled water, and then telling him that the door handle fell, he said that it would be recorded in the note, in case I would be charged. My God, this phone is estimated to be deducted from my money if I don't make it? Just stayed for one night. Breakfast is simple and not much style. The outdoor pool is hot water. BTW If you are choosing to travel to the Grand Canyon, it takes an hour and a half to drive from here to the Grand Canyon. If you want to stay in the Grand Canyon for a few more days, it is not recommended to stay here. If you drive from other cities and want to find a place to stay, continue to leave the next day, then this is a good choice."
"The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the location is easy to find, and the price is right. It takes about an hour and a half to drive from the hotel to the Grand Canyon National Park, which is very convenient."
"Everything else is quite satisfatory except one deadly cruicial thing: you gotta keep a very close eye on the money on your crefit card, cos this hotel took some money out of my credit card twice without my permission, I'm furious about it, if it happens again, I will surely do something, even rabbits will bite if they are cornered."
"Passing by Flagstaff Town, I saw Hyatt and decided to stay there without hesitation. It is very cost-effective, with complete hotel facilities, convenient parking, and a swimming pool. The room is new and spacious. There is a mountain view when you open the window. It is a lovely town."
"The hotel booked on the self-driving road in the western United States is quite satisfactory. It is on the highway. The hotel can also see the snow-capped mountains. The traffic is more convenient. The room facilities are still the same as other hotels in the United States."
"For a nights stay that doesn't break the budget and is just mainly to sleep, it's hard to expect too much for what you're paying. Breakfast was a nice addition to get the day going before the next leg of the trip."
"Service was great. Madison, the front desk manager was especially responsive and considerate.
I had to move rooms as being near the laundry room was a bit noisy with people going in and out and slamming the door inconsiderately. Also, the sockets on the base of the lamps did not work and were dangerously loose with the potential of a short circuit occurring. I wouldn’t plug my tech gear in those sockets."

"The hotel is very simple, the floor of the room is not clean, there are many corpses of bugs, and the window of the room will leak, the cold wind has been blowing in, there is no other advantage except for the good location."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe accommodation was simple but very clean. Slightly off the main road so quiet in my room. Good bathroom. Furniture a bit dated. Bed v comfortable. A/c works well. Fridge and microwave v useful. Laundry on site cheap.
Easy walking distance to rail station and down town
Area felt safe.
Staff helpful when asked things.
ZZhongruilin(Dennis)Due to the change in the itinerary, the separate order was booked for two nights. After several twists and turns, in the case of making up the difference, you can finally stay for two nights without changing the room. But the next night, I was surprised that the room was not cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was accused of cleaning the room service. The guest asked to take the initiative to ask at the time of check-in, otherwise it would not be cleaned. This is the first time I have encountered the rule since I have traveled to the store for decades. I had to take a few clean towels and endure this unacceptable service.
邹邹It's more convenient to stay here to play with snow in Friegerstaf. The hotel does not provide breakfast, free parking, tourist towns, and the price difference between the peak and low seasons is quite large. The peak season is more than double.
DDashiellQuiet, clean, great staff. The ONLY negative was there’s no breakfast served during the Covid-19 alerts. One of my go-to amenities is a property that has breakfast available. This should be noted so that an informed decision can be made.
YYANLIANGChecked for a long time and found this hotel without disappointment. The design of the hotel is simple and comfortable. Facilities are new and the room is clean. Although some rooms are on the road, they do not feel noisy. The little brother of the hotel saw that the frost on our car window took the initiative to get us a snow shovel, and the service was very good. There is a lot of food nearby, and Wal-Mart is very convenient.
The only drawback is that the bathroom fan sounds a bit loud.
GGuest UserThe service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.
SStevenSmall hotel very friendly. Every staff member say good morning or good afternoon waved at you if you saw you in the parking lot breakfast was thin no hot only muffins toasting waffles 930 means 930. Don’t be there at 9:31 when you won’t get anything. Not a bad stay, but it’s not the Hilton just remember it’s nice and clean. The bed was already wrapped and comfortable.
GGuest UserClean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
LLilyThere is so much to do in Flagstaff we decided to extend our stay. We had a king room but when we tried to extend our stay, king rooms weren’t available on Trip. However, the front desk staff helped us out and were able to keep us in the same room with our new booking. It was a great service!
