First, this is a beautiful setting. River, mountains, horses....it is stunning. The staff is polite, the breakfast buffet is good, but there is not much effort made when there is an issue. We attended a family event and many family members shared cabins (and costs). We reported a dead rodent in our cabin...couldn't see it but could definitely smell it. We reported it at the desk right away but nothing was done. The smell got worse every day. When we checked out I brought up the issue and was told that they weren't sure if we wanted a trap set or not and that's why nothing was done. Last time I checked traps were for catching live mice so it was obviously a lousy excuse for doing nothing. There were also issues with food prep in the restaurant on site. Steaks not cooked to order, missing side dishes and drinks. The margarita was terrible, but the Big Sky Lemonade was fantastic. I recommend finding another place to have dinner and drinks off-site. Finally, when it came time to check out, the credit card that was provided to pay the balance due (1/2 balance was paid in advance) was not charged as discussed at check in. They charged original card instead of splitting balance with secondary card provided. Again more excuses and no apology for the error and told it will take two weeks to correct!?! No housekeeping services. You have to make the trek to the office to get towels, tp, trash bags, ice. It was a disappointing experience.

TtwosenufThis hotel is very nice and spacious. The lobby area has an abundance of seating, open space and large windows looking out over the pool and mountain area. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room had a little sitting area with a couch, which was good for stretching out. The hot tub was nice a spacious and offers a gorgeous view of the mountains. The pool was also nice and relaxing and appeared allow access from the early morning to late evening hours. The breakfast buffet area was very open and the variety and quality of the food was good. There are also several tables outside where you can sit and enjoy the view with your breakfast. The hotel itself is directly next to numerous shops, bars and restaurants and great for taking a stroll.

GGuest UserWe are here for two nights, but this review is just after night one! We were very impressed with the check in process yesterday and the cleanliness of the facility and rooms. My son and I swam last night and used to the hot tub too. Everything was just right! He hasn’t used the weight room yet, but we checked it out and he’s planning to lift some weights tonight after we get back from hiking. On the way back from breakfast this morning, I met Desirea, one of the housekeepers, in the hallway on the second floor. She asked me how everything was so far and if we needed any services. She helped carry two more towels and two water bottles to our room because my hands were full. She is so attentive and super sweet! I can tell that she enjoys her job and making the guests feel comfortable. 😊

I love the older Hampton design where the bathroom sink is in the bathroom, not the bedroom! Staff was excellent and room was clean. The mattress had definitely seen better days! Great stop for a rest. Lots of convenient restaurants and shopping.

XXIYUANThe room is large, and the price is a bit expensive on Saturday. Two large beds in the suite, as well as a sofa can also change the bed. Breakfast is OK, the place to eat is a bit small, and the air conditioning outlet is blowing.
