Stayed here before and it seems to have gotten a bit rougher around the edges. Not really up to date. Could do with a deep clean and new paint. I arrived late at night and there was no more parking available in the garage. So I had to exit the garage and the security guard instructed me to park in front of the restaurant, which is not all that secure. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Roon itself was OK. Everything was there, just not very new. TV channels were limited and WiFI spotty (but did eventually work). If assigned a room at the back, don't expect any views, just that of the freeway off and on ramps.

The hotel location is very good and easy to find. The service staff is young and thoughtful. In the nearby restaurants, the supermarket is very convenient, and the shopping center is a five-speed taxi ride. There is breakfast, although it is bread, milk, fruit, etc., but you don't have to worry about it early in the morning.

We wanted to try this hotel as it has Japanese toilet. We had a good laugh trying them. Beside this, the room is fine and clean. You have a huge mirror... to the delight of my wife and teenagers (girls). The breakfast is Japanese and have a few things more for Americans. In general the service at the hotel was excellent.

Hotel services are barely, and the Japanese are not too bad in this respect. But breakfast is too simple, and there are few varieties to choose from. A Japanese breakfast is also available, but there is no registration to eat. The facilities are worthy of spit, the hotel is old, and the configuration in the room is even more. I was assigned to Room 102, next to the water room, which was noisy. One night I didn’t know what was going on, and there was a loud noise from midnight to two o’clock, accompanied by noise. I didn’t sleep well for one night. The next day, the front desk said that he did not know, and finally changed the room. I have to carry my luggage to the second floor toss it. Let me start off by saying the bed was the only thing that I found up to standard. The bathroom counter is dirty also with the shower head/shower tiles. Online there is a list of amenities at this location and half of them are not here. There is no breakfast in the morning, the pool is closed, there is no restaurant, tennis court, golf course, shops, or coffee shop. On top of that, the internet absolutely sucks. I’ve called the front desk 3 times within 15 minutes of being here with several issues. Oh and the TV only has one channel!

Die Kaution (USD 50) sollte in Bar hinterlegt werden, da nicht klar ist, wie lange es dauert bis der Betrag von der Kreditkarte gelöscht wird. Reinigung: Zimmer ok, Treppenhaus wurde schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Das mehrfach angepriesene Frühstück soll in der Durchgangslobby stattfinden, aber beinhaltet gerademal einen Kaffee.
