"It was surprisingly good.
The overall service was very professional. The hotel is large, situated on a hilltop, and offers a beautiful setting.
The breakfast service was very attentive, with someone always available to help you with coffee and other drinks."
"Rooms are out dated . Really small and poor lighting , good water pressure in the shower and rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful, location is not so good"
"The hotel rooms are consistent with the official photos. The transportation is convenient. It takes only ten minutes to drive to downtown, the University of Pittsburgh, and the mountaintop view. There is free parking, a standard American breakfast, which is very rich, and the hotel front desk service is friendly. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, with cheap prices, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities and food."
"The public area is old and dirty. The doors are still there, the floors and tables are not cleaned, except for the bed. The breakfast is just packed. No slippers or toothbrushes are provided. There is no convenience store nearby."
"The hotel's American breakfast pattern is OK, because there are many people to eat, you can get the room. The front parking lot is free, and there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room is big enough. The downside is that the air conditioner has a loud sound and the wind direction cannot be adjusted. Because it is too late to stay, I don't know if the hotel can solve this problem."
"Location is right off the highway so can be very convenient though the exit can be tricky depending on what side of the highway you are coming off of. Nothing spectacular about the neighborhood but the hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. Service at front is very good. No continental breakfast as advertised which was very disappointing. All and all decent spot."
