Master bed has a super comfortable king size bed with a hypoallergenic mattress cover. bedding and towels are always fresh and clean for your stay. You'll find yourself surrounded by serenity and gorgeous, country views on acres upon acres of property you can explore. You'll also enjoy rocking on the front porch that overlooks rolling pastures.Unwind by the firepit and enjoy the scenic sunrises and sunsets. Feel free to explore and hike around the pond, shaded ravines, and pastures. Bring your fishing poles, as the pond is stocked and ready for leisurely catch and release fishing, as well. The stars shine a little brighter at the farmhouse, so be ready to star gaze into the wee hours of the night! The farmhouse is equipped with fiber optic internet. If you need to get any work done remotely, it is fully set-up for you to do so.You're welcome to host micro-events with a maximum of 25 guests at the farmhouse. Centrally located - Just over an hour to downtown Houston via the Aggieland Expressway, 30 minutes from Montgomery, College Station, and Magnolia. 40 minutes to Brenham, Tomball, and Conroe.Owner lives on the adjacent property about a quarter of a mile from the farmhouse, and maintains all of the acreage. Property maintenance is ongoing throughout the year (bailing hay, mowing, clearing brush, trimming trees), so it's likely you may see property upkeep being done.
