Amazing breakfast in am! Evening reception is good! The bartender -marquesia* - made it better! She introduced herself and asked you how your doing! This is how every hotel bartender should be:) great customer service! Even though bar was packed she remembered me by name and got drink fast. Working by herself too. Great service and hotel. Hotel shuttle free and Indoor pool and gym. 2 years newly hotel. Sooo close to airport and 5 mins walking distance for restaurants !:)
I had a very pleasant two-night stay at the Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport. This is a well-run airport hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. GM Maile was kind enough to upgrade me to a one-bedroom suite on the top floor on the quieter side of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was tasty and regularly replenished. Kudos to Operations Manager Destiny who went out of her way to be helpful. I look forward to an upcoming stay around the end of April.
Hurry to stay one night, Hilton ’s standard, very good, rooms are relatively large, parking spaces are tight, a 60 USD deposit was deducted at check-in, and theoretically returned 3 days after check-out. I wonder if it is a busy holiday period. It has not been refunded in 10 days, and a follow-up fee is required!

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are comfortable and simple, there is a shuttle bus, and it is very convenient to go to the airport. It is good to spend a little time in the middle of a business trip, and the attitude of the front desk is also good.
It is under renovation, but it has almost no smell because it is right next to the airport and the rooms that started to arrange are very noisy. Later, it was much better after negotiation. Hotel buses are not scheduled for a fixed time.
The hotel was spotless. For me in the morning, breakfast was a hit and run, so I can't really speak to that except that it was real food and hot. The hotel is fairly new and comes with a mini fridge and a microwave. The only thing missing was a clock. Normally I would complain about the new covid standard of never maintaining the rooms, and that certainly applies to this hotel as well. Most people need service before 5 days have elapsed, and no one no one no one should have to ask to have their wet sopping towels picked up off the floor and to have fresh ones provided. Coffee needs to be updated on the daily as well. That said, it was not really an issue with me as I only stayed one night. I know that nobody uses alarms anymore, but it would be nice to have a visible clock when getting dressed in the morning. I love the shower. It was roomy, all the amenities were included, and this hotel has figured out that providing 9 million tiny samples of shampoo is not good for the planet. So they have refillable bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash. The shower really should have a non-slip mat, however. The sheets were fabulously soft. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. This hotel makes regular runs to the airport on the half hour. It was worth every penny.
Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott is an extended-stay hotel where you can balance work and life as you like, with the comfort, flexibility and affordability you require. Relax and feel at home with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet access, complimentary transportation to and from the ATL Airport Domestic terminal and daily breakfast.
We at two nights at the La Quinta as we were attending a event at the Delta flight museum. The hotel was close to the airport but we were not disturbed by any noise from planes. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well and there was a shuttle from the airport. One thing which caught us out was there was a south and a north hotel so we got on the wrong airport shuttle at the airport which apparently is common mistake so it is a good idea to ask the shuttle driver which hotel they are going to. The shuttle to the property actually has “La Quinta North” on the side of the vehicle but we didn’t know this till we had ended up at the wrong hotel. There was a was a decent breakfast available 6-9am on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends.
this is a really really really good hotel. great room, ambiance, cleanliness, facilities, service, foods and it is near from the airport. you can see aircraft outside of the hotel because it’s beside of delta airlines hub office. all in all it was a great experience. i love the structure of the hotel specially the interior designs! kuddos to the employees they are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Good Job!!! i’ll be definitely come back. thank you for the great experience.
