I enjoyed my stay there it was very clean everything you needed was in the room had a comfortable and clean bed sheets everything comfortable the maids did a really fun job and breakfast was great in the morning I would recommend it to any one of my family members or friends

Wow....what a horrible night. Before I begin, this hotel is not up to Courtyard standards. It's not up to Fairfield Inn standards. It's more like Ramada Inn standards. Out of the control of the hotel....There was a helicopter circling for one hour obviously looking for someone close to the hotel. No one knew what was going on. Second event...at 12:30 am, a fight between several people happened outside our door. We had 3 choices...call the front desk (a young person who could really do nothing) , call the police, or just wait until it was over. We waited and in a half hour it was over. We made sure that where we were in the room, a bullet could not get us if it came down to that. What the hotel can control....this place is just too tired to be called a Courtyard. I'm surprised that Marriott still operates this place. Bed lumpy. Linens too small as I had to keep putting the fitted sheet back on the bed. Towers that were so bare they represented a hankie instead of a towel. Clogged bath sink. Shower curtain too short representing water all over the bath. The TV is so small it resembled by computer monitor. The smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The heater so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep. Avoid this place if at all possible. In fact, avoid Victorville if at all possible. A property like this makes me lose faith in other travelers who ranked it high.

On February 18, 2020, my husband, another married couple, and I travelled from Alabama and were scheduled to check in to a 2 bedroom suite at Springhill Suites 9625 Mariposa Rd, Hesperia, CA 92345. I checked in using the Marriott app. I also called to confirm the check in. I spoke to Susie with Springhill Suites that claimed her manager tried to call me but my voicemail was full. My friend that was on the trip with me called my phone and my voicemail was NOT full and I had no missed calls from the hotel. Susie with Springhill Suites stated that a bathtub overflowed and they booked one room for me with a non-Marriott hotel (Holiday Inn). I explained to Susie that the 2 bedroom suite that I booked with Springhill Suites was for FOUR adults so I need the equivalent booked. She REFUSED to accommodate my request even though I told her that TWO married couples can not stay in one room. A 2 bedroom suite that accommodates 6 people does NOT equate to a room that only accommodates 2 people. I stayed on the phone with Marriott for TWO hours to try to get this rectified with no success. We were sitting in a gas station parking lot for over TWO hours with no hotel room to accommodate us. I ultimately booked two hotel rooms and paid double the amount of the room I reserved. Kim with the Marriott Omaha Customer Service was able to help some but I still paid significantly more for the hotel rooms, even though my 2 bedroom suite was booked ahead of time. I honestly believe that Springhill Suites gave my room to one of their other guests. They were dishonest about calling me so they probably lied about the room as well. The whole ordeal was very upsetting for all of us and has made us consider not using Marriott hotels in the future. This was the worst start of a trip that we have ever encountered. It is now March 12, 2020 and I have filed several complaints with no resolve. Marriott’s website states that they will refund my stay plus give me $100. Marriott has not done that. They will only give me points towards a future stay. I have been loyal to Marriott by only booking stays at a Marriot brand hotel but they are not being loyal to me.

A step above Motel 6 and Days Inn. The rooms look trendy and cool for the area. Good sleep quality, although it looks like the decor is being torn up due to the guests that perhaps stay there. Maybe better cleaning and touching up the rooms after bad guests tear them up will keep the rooms looking nice and trendy.

The front desk was very warm, the breakfast cake was delicious, it was on the high speed side, and it was a bit noisy at night. There is still some distance from the place to eat around, and finally I ate panda express.
