After ordering, it will be posted to the room bill and charged according to the actual fee. But when I checked out, the front desk didn't mention the breakfast bill, and directly calculated the total bill. I found that the settlement email sent to me was the total bill including breakfast. I went back to the front desk and reminded her that I had booked a breakfast-included package. She said, ”Oh, sorry to check it.” Then she said she would refund 25 yuan/day/person (50 yuan/day) to my card. If I hadn't checked it, I would have charged it again without knowing it. So it is recommended that you don't include breakfast in this hotel. The quality of their a la carte breakfast is still good, and you can go to the restaurant to order it directly. In addition, the beverage coupons given in the lobby bar can be used in the lobby bar, but I didn't find out until the last day that it can also be used in the breakfast room. One coupon can be exchanged for a glass of juice or soft drink. Then the hotel also has free hot coffee and hot tea, but it is hidden next to the restaurant. You have to ask to understand. "The hotel is in a wonderful location and thanks to the architect perfectly fitted into the bay. The rooms have a fantastic view (we had a seaview room) onto coconut island. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything is still functional and clean. Hotel restaurant and bar are both comfortable, food is good. "Short walk from the bus terminal. Very friendly, dedicated staff. Pancake breakfast was a nice bonus, though not particularly delicious. Live Volcano TV and a nice lounge. Unfortunately, there are no outlets by the bed, limited space in the room, and it's noisy due to the street. Bathrooms aren't always clean, showers are too small, and there's no room for clothes or shelves. Outlets don't work for large adapters."

"Tremendous space & person! I arrived late (after 8pm) as a surprise for my Family Reunion & so after dinner. The caretaker met me kindly after I got into the door (clear & simple instructions were given) to help me to get my bearings, carry my 2 carryons to my room & lead me to my room. He also provided a cold bottle of water, MUCH appreciated! I found the place to be very clean, spacious & well-organized with simple instructions in the bathroom, kitchen & shared spaces. I appreciate the simplicity & cleanliness, while still giving me my space!
