Excellent
The room was clean and spacious. The walk-in shower was great. The A/C-Heat control was confusing at first (no clear instruction and partial display) but worked fine when figured out. TV channel selection is okay and no guide of channels but that is not a deal breaker.

Great location, near attractions. Newer hotel with comfortable rooms and lobby. I appreciated the citrus scented soap and body wash. There were plenty of electrical outlets and lights in the room and bathroom. It was raining so I didn’t use the pool or rooftop bar. I would stay here again. The Sushi restaurant across the street is a good dinner option.

The totel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We came to this hotel after an awful experience at another hotel. They gave us a room and made sure we were comfortable. We had no reservation so it meant a lot to us, especially because it was getting late and our son had to rest for he was to compete in a swim meet the next morning.

VvernandoAfter the first night we had a certain price and the next morning I was wanting to book the room again and asked if I can book it for the same price they told me no I said well should I go back online to do it and they said they had no control of that if she had a certain price that was about $10 higher at the time and got on her computer while she was talking to me I had to leave and put money in my account in order to pay for it online and once I did the rooms were up and had changed and said online that they have been changed to like almost $20 more to me I felt like she did this and there was plenty of vacancies at the residents and I believe that they took advantage of the fat because I ate excessive amount in her eyes at breakfast yet there was no full occupancy of gas and plenty of rooms I assumed that the rooms would be or reduced to feel them so I had a bad experience there with that outside of that the rooms were nice

RRayRD24The front staff went above and beyond. She had to locate towels, unplug toilet, fix AC unit, and let us in our room with in the 1st hour of checking in with her at the desk. However, disappointed this was all her responsibility. In addition, both bed sheets and bedspread had brown stains. I took pictures of horrible large mold in shower area. The pool area was trashed and dirty with large bugs everywhere, wall broken and falling which was not safe for bare feet. All the tables and chairs had unrecognizable product smeared. I was relieved we only needed a place to reset for 7 hours. We considered sleeping in our vehicle. We need a place every summer for next 3 summers. I will have to leave the Wyndham family to find a safe and cleaner choice for my family.

SSpectacular VernacularThe place is all right they get a lot of Renovations they're doing the accommodations were as usual but the AC really didn't work all that well and I felt like it was more than a hassle to bother with cuz they really have anybody available right then and there and I was tired the pool wish I was expecting because of in season would have been open or at least a hot tub but the gates are locked and was upset was looking forward to it the next morning so for the lack of in the price of I was a little dissatisfied and they're located in the middle of town and there was only 31 channels on the television which to me seem to be like digital TV not cable so if you're looking for a place that will take you in after midnight then you got your place they won't prorate it so come morning you're gone but I think that's with any place almost
