Spent a week there and had nothing but shoddy service. Had to ask 3 times to get the garbafencans emptied and not a single visit from housekeeping (despite requests) for additional towels. Bed was never made. The amenities said two free drinks... that means less than 1 oz of liquor in a 8noz glass... come on, at least try. Asked for 2 double shots and was charged $48... $12 and ounce for rum... disgusting prices and the bartender was a jerk when serving it. This place is a rip off. Dont eat or drink there. Enjoy the rooms and leave... you are charged extra to park in their multistory empty garage anyway so come and go often. These charges are unnecessary and stupid. Don better ES.
The hotel is especially suitable for families. The suite has a sofa bed and can cook simple meals, especially suitable for our family of 4. The location is good for travel and safety. Parking and wiff are free. Dinner on Monday and Thursday night
A good experience. Family of 3 with 2 queen beds is fine. The bed was comfortable and the location and service were OK. Bring your own slippers and toothbrushes like online reviews. Stopped at $ 35 a night, and arrived at the supermarket parking lot not far. If you don't need to clean the room, you can get 5 knives per night.
Right next to airport, convenient location. No restaurant available within walking distance. Room is clean, nice swimming pool. Parking costs $18 per night. It's too much.
The room is spacious and bright, tidy and hygienic, with a wide view. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The hotel has a paid parking lot, and breakfast is available for an additional fee.
This hotel is fine for what it is, but there were more shortcomings than not. As mentioned parking is $15, for a non constrained, non gated lot (in other words, everyone else is doing it, so lets hop on the extra money grab). Was told at check-in that Breakfast was 6-8:30am. It's 6-8am, so when I strolled down at 8:10, everything was pretty much dismantled and put away. Other than that, the staff were friendly. Now on the bigger nuisances. The walls are PAPER THIN. The gentleman next door to me decided to have a nice chat with his young daughter who he hadn't seen in a few days and I didn't have the heart to complain to the front desk or him. It was literally like we were in the same room and he was not talking loud. I shudder to think of people who are having private conversations with their significant other. Whoever decided on glass barn doors for hotels has no sense. Who wants a bright light shining in the room while others are trying to sleep? Who thought that would be a good idea? Other annoyances were blown light bulbs and uncleanliness in the bathroom. Found all kind of nasty hair when going to shower next morning and you can tell that the hair had been there awhile, as there was dirt and grime underneath it. Obviously housekeeping hadn't bothered cleaning the shower properly and since it was right next to the shower toiletries, they obviously hadn't replenished those in between guests. Nasty.
LIKES: Close to airport Quiet Clean property Nice room layout Good sink/vanity lighting DISLIKES: Room furnishings from the Reagan era Very slow elevators Vanity too small for more than 1 person SUMMARY: Nicer than a recent Renaissance stay, this property was pleasant despite some shortcomings. The red sofa in the room was very dated, but at least the bed was comfortable. No airport noise despite being relatively close. Breakfast was surprisingly expensive (essentially the same as the free breakfast served at Hilton Hampton properties) so I would consider eating elsewhere if possible.
This hotel had so many great reviews, but we have stayed here twice, and have had HORRIBLE experiences both times. We are globalists and used points to book. I booked online using the World of Hyatt app, where names of other people staying in the room are added to the ”notes”. I was staying with my aunt and uncle while my husband and mother in law stayed at another hotel where we also have points. Edward at the front desk was rude and unhelpful when my aunt and uncle arrived before me and attempted to check in. He accused them of lying and said he can't see notes on reservations from his computer, and told them that having their names in the notes section meant nothing anyway because ”anyone could hack in and add names.” They also had a printed copy of the reservation with them, so obviously they should have been allowed to check in. I tried to call from the car while driving to meet them, to let Edward know they should be on the reservation, but he wouldn't help and said I had to call some 800 number to have a rep add their names to reservation. Well, I was driving a rental car in traffic, so this was not possible! It felt like he was intentionally trying to make our experience inconvenient for some reason, which was so sad and disappointing. If he was trying to do everything he could to help, but unable, that would have been okay, but he was just unnecessarily RUDE and completely unapologetic or willing to do ANYTHING to try to help, which is why I'm writing this review, and it was also embarrassing for me as a globalist trying to let my family stay in my room with me. When I finally arrived to check in, my aunt and uncle were sitting on the curb outside because they said they felt uncomfortable in the lobby with Edward glaring at them. I checked us in, and Edward was still unapologetic and rude. We are usually upgraded as globalists, but we were not offered this either. The room was fine and clean at least. Also, globalists usually receive complementary parking, but when we checked out, we were charged for parking. I tried to call the customer service line, waiting on hold for 38 minutes before being hung up on. I also tried to use the live customer service chat through the app, but after 41 minutes, no one ever came online. I finally reached the hotel directly, and the general manager, Terry or Kerry? was rude and said the charges were valid unless the reservation was ”redemptive.” I wasn't sure what she meant by that, but I'm done with this hotel.
Very comfortable, the hotel has a parking space, and the room is also equipped with a microwave, etc. It is very suitable for friends/family to travel and live.

GGuest UserGreat customer service by the shuttle drivers especially ! Especially our driver Issam! He goes out of his ways to ensure he settle rides for our daily hotel-office-hotel- Irvine spectrum- hotel + nearest airports trips! Always greeting us with a warm genuine smile. He is very thoughtful about our safety. He look out for the entire group of us. He is like a fatherly figure imho! He ensure that I am safe while I stay for 15 days at the hotel. He is passionate about his work and if my memory didnt failed me, he has been working for more than 20 years at the same hotel.! Such loyalty should be appreciated. Sad that I didn’t get to thank him properly before i left to fly back home. I hope to see you Issam the next time I come to LA in 2023, god willing.

Aanthema2015I want to take a moment to applied this wonderful and almost hidden property here in Irvine California. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Irvine for the past five years during Fourth of July to keep our pets calm and relax. That is a lovely property (see my T.A. Review for our experience there as well...) and we were sad when we heard they were closed due to the health crisis that we hope will pass. When we arrived, we were greeted with authentic and happy staff members to check us in. This is always a great sign of a soon to be successful visit. We took care of the paperwork which took about one We arrived in the evening and we were greeted with big smiles from a very welcoming staff. Very wonderful first impression and it only took one or two minutes at the most to complete the paperwork and we were invited to our room. The room is clean and has the amenities for cooking with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes that made it seem like home right away. The bathroom was extremely clean and even we were treated with designer soap and shampoo that we never had it any other properties which might not seem like much, but it really is a nice touch to show that this organization invests in their guest’s stay. It is a unique time to travel in the world but my family and I just simply don’t really wear masks or anything like that because we are healthy and we stay out of public places for the most part. No one at the staff was pushing us to live or act a certain way, but they all had masks on and we’re very pleasant about what we have to do in this time. Just to clarify, we are not against wearing masks… We were just excited to leave our home and the fireworks behind and just walked in the building without them on because there were no signs to say otherwise. We were not met with any attitude to do anything different or so. We were just greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was pleasant at all hours of the day and night when we needed anything. There is an on-site laundry facility as well as generous snacks that one can pay for in a room that is adjacent to the wonderful gym that is accessible 24 hours a day and the staff will allow one or two members in the gym at a time. When a person finishes working out or training, they will close the gym until they clean it and make it welcoming for the next guest. This is a great touch and I used this wonderful gym that was more than accommodating. The reason why I am leaving this review is I’m still on the property and every time we go to walk our dogs outside, we meet a new staff member or just simply walked by someone we haven’t seen, and they are always smiling and checking on us and making us feel welcome. Any property can have the finest amenities and greatest location, all of these things are great… But this property has great people that take care of their guests and this is the best experience my family and I have invested in in our 10 years in California. We will

GGuest UserWhen I read the other reviews of this property they seemed to fall into two camps: Worst hotel I ever stayed at or First Class Hotel. I always wonder when I see that which are the true reviews. If my stay is indicative of the property, I would say 2 stars is probably a fair score. I will give you the positive and the negatives and try to be fair. Safety and Check in: When I checked in there were two police cars with the lights going in the lobby not letting people into the lobby while they discussed something with the check in people. So I am assuming the reviews that discuss vandalism of cars is probably correct. Cleanliness: The floor and the bed were clean. The bathtub and countertops were bad. The bathtub had mold in the caulking and several discolored patches. I did not use the shower in the two days I was there. The countertops were sticky. I ended up cleaning them myself (it was that bad). The towels ran the gamut from white to dingy gray. I recommend they switch to black towels because while they clearly started the same color they aren't the same color anymore and it makes them look less clean. Bugs: I did not see any bugs. Other reviews mentioned this, so this may be an old problem or in a different building / floor. Bed: Creaky but serviceable. The sheets were thin (If I was actually staying there as an extended stay, I would probably bring my own blanket) and appeared clean. Size: I stayed in a king ”Suite”. It was sized okay, smaller than a Hyatt Place room but bigger than a Motel 6. It had a small love seat facing a TV, room for the bed and a tiny kitchenette and bathroom. No desk area but I used the counter in the kitchen for using my laptop. Internet: Free internet but it gives you a ”This is only suitable for surfing the web, pay money to go 2.5x faster.” Other than about a 10 minute period, the free version was fast enough for me to play YouTube and a video game. Parking: It wasn't as bad as I feared. I was able to find a parking spot each time. Is this the hotel for you? I guess if you are staying somewhere for a month and are willing to clean the room and they give you a killer deal, maybe. Am I going to be staying there again? I stay in this area 2 days a week for business and unless it is the last room for 20 miles, I wont be staying here again. With one week notice there were plenty of nicer hotels at the same price close by. Recommendations for management: Instead of taking the time to write, ”We're sorry we didn't live up to your expectations, we take your concerns seriously,” spend some time working with the cleaning staff to supervise their work. If the property was clean, my guess is your score would go up one full point.
