"We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing."

"The hotel is so neat and clean. Their breakfast service was perfect, and I enjoyed it. The room is very spacious and clean. This will be my stay any time I visit the city. I was thrilled to extend my friend's stay at the hotel due to flight time and didn't pay anything after normal checkout time. I will recommend this hotel for your stay whether for personal or business trip. I like a hotel that's free of germs."

"The room is larger than several other hotels at the same price, the toiletries are basically not mentioned, and the toothbrushes are definitely not available in the United States. The service is OK, there is a shuttle bus that needs to be reserved. The gym is also a little bigger than other hotels. There is a Denny's next to it, it is convenient to eat, there is a gas station behind, and there are basically small supermarkets inside. Anyway, the hotel in the United States of America is about 200 dollars. The worst in the world is the United States Hotel."

"It's simple in the free airport shuttle bus, but there is breakfast and there are many Wal-Mart and restaurants around, so it's very good to stay one night near the airport."

"The service of the shuttle bus was not good. We waited for half an hour and took another half to other two hotels then arrived at this one. The room is ok and the breakfast is very nice!"

"Our flight was cancelled due to weather in our layover in Dallas so we picked a feasibly priced hotel near the airport to sleep. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is older and a bit worn but for the price it fit exactly what we needed."

"The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber."
