Checked in late at night. Bliss front desk was very helpful and friendly.Has worked there for several years. Very passionate and making sure you have 5star service. Hotel has balcony with chairs and table facing courtyard.Very peaceful and quiet. Does not feel like you are in the city. Staff at check out very friendly and helpful. Bell from area knows great places to dine.

I'm unclear why some poor reviews. We had an excellent experience. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Hannah on the early morning shift. She was a gem. We arrived around 5am and she was outstanding finding us a room at that early hour even though they were full. Note: shuttle only runs after 7am, and you must call to get it. We didn't use cause so early. Uber was around $15. Great amenities including complementary breakfast everyday including premade omelets, Greek yogurt, eggs, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, drinks. All day coffee and nice fruit flavored water. Very easy free parking. Walmart, McDonalds, and other convenient establishments walking distance. Not much in terms of sight seeing, but very convenient to airport. Nice free small gym, and free pool (didn't use though looked fine). Comfortable newer rooms with kitchens including microwave, even dishwasher large fridge, and full complement of dishes, utensils. Good free wifi and AC. Overall a great experience despite being very full. Never felt rushed and staff very polite and available.

Excellent property. Portions are under renovations but not intrusive in the least. Stayed a couple of nights while in town for the TCU game. Main purpose of the review was to share about the great experience we had at the recently renovated pool area and the associated services. We had the pleasure of having Thomas as our server. He was kind, genuine, and sincere taking time to see us even when we were not in his service area. An organization is only as good as the people who work in it and the Ritz Dallas, Las Colinas is fortunate to have Thomas as part of their team.

GGuest UserFirst, I will start out with the pluses. The staff mainly but also convenient location to area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best staffs I have encountered. Jenn B was especially gracious and a lovely young lady. That is about all I have on that. Now for the negatives. The property in some places is in disrepair. In fact, parts of the ceiling were coming down in the bar area and some fell into the chair right beside me the other night. There are other areas like that in the dining area; actually several of them. Some other things to be aware of: The cupboards in the room were almost bare. 2 paper plates and that was pretty much it. There is no stove in the room but a micro and a mini fridge which was not secure and fell out of the opening when trying to open the door. If you shove it up into the space to prevent that, your knuckles will be scraped up trying to open the door. Also, 2 very small trash cans in the room so any dining you had in there with the remnants there was not enough room for it all after 3 nights of stay. Worst of all would have to be the ”buffet breakfast”. By far the worst I have experienced especially in terms of the selection. See the attached photo especially noting the bananas. Really?? To me these are management/ownership issues as again, the staff was wonderful.

WWisleroutstanding service. Staff genuinely caring. Helpful and friendly.
Great location close to the airport (they offer a free shuttle) and to various restaurants as well as shopping places. Even a Walmart is across the road.
Surprisingly quiet (good noise insulation) and in the room I had on the 4th floor the air-conditioning was very quiet too.
Large rooms with comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Renovated. Great price.
Served breakfast due to COVID. Usual choices. Nice staff.
Definitely highly recommended. I will be back. Exceptional value.

The breakfast was great and Brenda was very nice, Gabriel allowed me to park for a short time in front because it was raining! They treat me very nice and made sure my stay was great!!!!!!!! GGuest UserWe missed our flight our of DFW due to weather, so we booked online while at the airport and got a cab to the hotel. They gave us a quiet room which we requested which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, all appliances worked in room. Bath was a bit small but it worked, nice hot shower with good pressure for rinsing hair. The suite is nice as there is a couch to sit on and a coffee table to sit and relax for a bit before heading to bed. A hotel shuttle would be nice to add.

GGuest UserThis hotel is full of good employees who are doing the best they can. They need to improve the breakfast and enforce the non smoking policy in the rooms. The tabacco smell in the rooms is annoying but can't ask for a better alternative around here.
