The Hotel was wonderful. The check-in process was seemless with Aaliyah, Manager Melissa, Nyla assisting me and all guests with a welcoming smile and even the General Manager was at the front smiling and said Hi to me. What a great gesture. When I went up to my room the rooms were clean and nice and all amenities were very nice. I went to the bar for a drink prior to heading to a party and the bartender Jessica was very nice and welcoming. I saw her again at breakfast with Susan and FiFi as well. The party I had was very nice with the food being amazing. the set up was very nice. all staff was very nice with a smile on herself. Spacious rooms, Clean hotel, very nice staff will come back again.

At that time, I felt that the price could still be booked. The breakfast was very simple, that is, the bread. There was a seven eleven nearby to buy some food. The sanitation felt very general, just in time for snow, not how to go out.

I wanted to give them an excellent review but I can't. We were on the third floor next to and across from a room full of rowdy teenagers. They were in and out of their room constantly while playing loud music. This went on for an hour before we called downstairs. After having to call several more times, someone finally came up and they turned the music down. That didn't stop them from running the hall and slamming doors well after 12am. After calling and requesting a room change, we were told that we couldn't because they were sold out. I understand they were sold out but after calling front desk 4-5 times another step should've been taken. Come to find out, they had gotten several calls about them and didn't take proper actions. Ruined our whole night not being able to sleep. Other than that, the rooms were nice and clean, staff were great and the location was excellent.

The room is slightly smaller; The cleanliness is OK; Next to the road, so the sound of vehicles whistling by will be heard from time to time; It is a pity that there is no hair dryer; Stayed for two nights, but there seems to be no room clean service in the middle. We arrived at 8:30 from a long drive from Florida, checking in was a breeze, the concierge was very polite and even walked us to our room demonstrated where everything was at and how it worked. The room was amazingly clean and bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be our go to place when needed.
