The unit on the right is the Airbnb. The unit on the left is a group home with individuals with development disabilities. These units are not shared living and you get the entire place to you and your additional guest. The next door group home are adults with disabilities. This usually leads to noise and loud music on the group home side of the house at times. If you’re someone who isn’t a fan of loud music and noise then this would probably wouldn’t be a good fit.
