This idyllic escape with unparalleled views and natural beauty is about 100 feet from the ocean. A beautiful grass area and palm trees are in front of the condo. You can enjoy a magnificent sunset, surfing, swimming, whale and turtle watching, and playing on the grassy area right in front of the condo. A wonder surf spot and a sandy beach is directly in front of the condo. Our condo fortunately is in an area not affected by the Lahaina fire. We are still surround by beautiful flowers and trees. The area has been fully remediated, the landscaping looks beautiful, and permitting for restoration is well underway, with all architectural plans submitted to Maui County. We hope and believe that restoration of these homes will start soon.Our Property and surrounding areas/views have not been affected in any way. Two of the three Puamana pools are not, but are soon to be, operational. While the Ocean Pool was mildly and indirectly impacted, the Puamana HOA made the decision to fully restore the pool to its original beauty and it is currently under restoration. The Clubhouse suffered an impact as well, but thankfully some artifacts have been recovered and the Puamana Community is committed to restore the heritage of this building in the near future. Architectural plans have been completed for restoration, submitted to the county, and we are just waiting for approval and permitting. The Dolphin Pool close to the Property, as well as the tennis and pickleball courts, are currently fully operational and available for Guest use.
