My family and I stayed in a double bed room. The room was spacious, shower head was nice, hotel was clean and appeared sanitized well. The pool and hot tub were open from 8am to 11pm and both were heated and indoor. The hot tub had a knob for turning on the jet stream for 15 minutes at a time and had a max temp of 104F. The breakfast in the morning was served from 6am to 10am I think. They offered a variety of delicious foods from eggs and sausage, oatmeal, to cereal. The customer service team was very attentive and kind. This stay would have easily been a 5 star if it had not been for our fire alarm going off in the middle of the night in our room. It sounded like a low battery chirp. The desk attendant wasn't able to assist w turning it off due to an injury (he said), and was not able to offer a safe ladder to attend the issue, but did offer a stepstool. With a family member spotting we were are to place the step stool precariously on the bed to turn the alarm off. Wasn't happy with the resolution but at least it stopped chirping. Definitely not safe. As an after thought... I didn't realize that it ”could possibly” be the alarm going off to notify of carbon monoxide and thus should have been checked by maintenance or front desk vs me assuming it was a low battery chirp. Luckily all is well and the remaining stay was good. We only got a few hours of sleep, but it was a comfortable stay. I plan to attend again in the future with the hopes of less ”excitement”.

I stayed in the Best Western in Lake Worth, Texas. The area has lots of everything, from restaurants, sites, all businesses needed and in close proximity. The rooms are clean. The service is friendly, and extremely accommodating. The continental breakfast is good. The pool is immaculate! Very clean and the water is perfectly balanced. I stayed in the Best Western, same location, 3 times. All 3 time have been good, better and best! There are newer hotels in the area, but they are not as friendly Their atmosphere is dull. I pray that the Best Western in Lake Worth stay proficient in the future, for I would have a hard time finding another hotel that could beat it!

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and very professional! My 4 year old toddler also loved staying here. I loved the firm beds, comfortable size room, and blackout window shades. We also loved the breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon (Tues-Friday Bacon days), biscuits, pancakes, etc. Alice from the breakfast station is very friendly and customer service oriented. Plus, the Dennys in the parking lot is very convenient. Some suggestions to make this hotel optimal: Put an anti-skid treatment in the bathtub. They have a water softener, but the bathtub becomes slippery with soap. Plus, for breakfast, I would suggest having chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc) and other forms of milk. They only had 2% milk and chocolate milk. I would suggest having whole milk, almond milk, etc. If I'm every back at Fort Worth, I would definitely stay here again.

This Candlewood Suites is a gem. We come back to this place everytime we come to Fort Worth. The staff are extremely professional, and courteous. The Manager is a wonderful lady, who treats her guests like family. Shes strict with her rules, but kind with her explanations about the rules. During this pandemic, she stands above all the hotel mgrs we've met. And abides by the rules to keep everyone safe. This hotel is clean. There is no smoking allowed inside. But there are areas outside for that. The rooms are spacious. Very comfortable beds. Full kitchenettes. A free laundry area. A pantry for essentials. A lending pantry, with cooking supplies, games, etc. A dvd lending pantry. WiFi works great. Netflix users will have no problem with the WiFi. Everyone who works here are super friendly, if you have a problem with your room they will fix it asap. We enjoy our stays here, and will continue to return.
