"The check-in process was easy and convenient through a kiosk. After checking in, I received a text message and was told to reach out via text if I needed anything. However, I texted a couple of times about some broken items in the room, and no one responded. The breakfast was just okay, but the room and facilities were great. The location is excellent, and people through the screen is helpful."

"We passed by on a self-driving trip and only stayed one night. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment are all good, as long as the front desk is not satisfied. We arrived late, around 8pm. We booked two rooms with two names. The gentleman at the front desk said the order was for one room. Go over there and contact your agent. Talk to him in a polite tone. Very uncomfortable. Although the problem was later solved and it was a misunderstanding, we were still not happy. During this trip, we booked more than a dozen hotels in the same way, and only this one had this problem."

"The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. We had a senior bowling team at the pool, which had been turned in a good way again in the evening. All rooms have a super view towards Fort Myers and you can sit super on the balcony until late evening and enjoy the view of a (or more) well-served beer(s)."

"The hotel is very clean, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location is only 10 minutes from the beach and very close to Walmart or Aldi if you need something fast yet. The room, bed and bathroom were fresh and clean. Breakfast is included in the price and very rich. Every day there was fresh fruit extra here apples or bananas to take. The choice of breakfast is enough of pancakes, bagels, muffins, biscuits and sausage gravey, eggs either omelets, scrambled or boiled, fresh chinamon rolls, yoghurt, just enough. My conclusion to this hotel: I am glad to have found it and I'm glad to come back."

"Had such a wonderful time at the La Quinta great customer service. They also have the most amazing rooms we stayed in yet. Everything is brand new recently remodeled in the last couple months the most amazing pillow top beds with feather pillows and of course pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me and my husband but most of all the customer service and the staff was 100% the best customer service I’ve had yet in Florida extremely friendly and nice and the hotel is very clean!!"

"The room was spacious, with shampoo and shower gel provided. The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean. The gym was small, but fine for two people. The continental breakfast was quite good. We only stayed one night at the hotel, so everything was fine."

GGuest UserI did not get the room I booked (king suite with sofa bed). There wasn’t much privacy as we were placed above the lobby, any time shades were open for sunlight everyone arriving can peer in.
When we arrived, our room was 50 degrees and our baby was freezing we had to co sleep for the first time ever (and hopefully last) to keep her warm. It took almost 24 hrs for heat to kick in. Their excuse was it’s never cold in Florida but that’s not true, I have lived in Florida before and I always kept a space heater for those less common but expected cold nights in the winter. I paid over $500 a night for this.

We found our room to be very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the expected essentials for the price. The delicious breakfast and the helpful staff maintaining the area made it a great start to our days. We are very happy and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks!

GGuest UserReally clean and newly renovated hotel. Great bedding, you can feel that these are not used for ten years like every other motel. One big issue is the missing insulation of the floor. You can hear every step of the above room. We had bad luck and a woman with six kids had the room above us and they were jumping and running the whole time. This hotel is pet friendly, which also means that people will leave their dogs barking in the rooms.

The place is clean. They have hot breakfast which varied from day to day. The staff are courteous and always have a smile. I felt really welcomed and valued as a guest. Would definitely stay again and recommend this branch to friends and family.

The service and hospitality were excellent; the facility was well appointed and the staff were attentive and helpful.
A special call-out to a select few at the hotel - Jesse and Alex at the front desk for their help and cheerful service; Cammie and her team in the kitchen who served a wonderful breakfast and kept it well stocked every morning as well as Juan for his consistent help and patience when we had difficulty with our door lock.
Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserNice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area. The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

DDutchiesFor our second night at the Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Myers Spring Resort, we stayed in an even nicer room with a walk-in shower. The room was, once again, comfortable and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast experience was still disappointing, with limited options available.
One thing that stood out was the large amount of trash scattered next to the building. It gave a less-than-ideal impression of the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property, which was a shame given the otherwise positive aspects of the stay.
While the room itself was great, the breakfast and the area outside the hotel could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience.
