Too bad I couldn't give it zero stars. This establishment is false advertisement for a resort. Rooms were gross and had plumbing or other issues. They cannot accommodate their guests with proper resources to even give you a low quality ”resort” experience. At one point in time during our stay, we were seriously concerned if we would have food. There are no local restaurants or delivery near by in time of need. To make things worse, there was an undisclosed power outage on our last day that left us without electricity and forcing us to leave at 7 am. It cannot accommodate the volume of guests that they book. The restaurants, despite what they advertise online... -you cannot make reservations. They do not answer the phone, call you back, and if busy, the hostess is buried with angry, stressed guests. -you can wait up to 1.5 hours to be seated for a table -you can spend up to 2 hours at dinner waiting for food and service -several menu items were sold out We had three rooms between our family and friends... -one had ants in the bath tub -one would not drain water in the shower -one had a refrigerator that leaked a ton of water. Nothing like a fresh clean sock, stepping in water first thing in the morning! We all were very disappointed. It was a total waste of money. Oh, and if you plan to gateway without the kids, avoid this place! It's packed with families, in groups. Groups of families.

The town lost power in the middle of the night and the hotels fire-suppression system lost pressure, triggering an alarm which the hotel staff tried and failed to deactivate for over two hours. I ended up leaving, because not only was it damagingly loud... i didn't feel safe there, knowing they had no fire safety equipment. The owner of the hotel refused my request for a refund because ”I left of my own volition” If I had stayed and there had been a fire in the building during the night, I would have had no way of knowing. I could have burned up in my bed because ”state fire code doesn't require a backup generator” Honestly, if this is the standard of safety and customer care of Super and the Wyndham group hotels, I think we can all afford to find other accomodations. An air BNB would have been infinitely safer, and no doubt more considerate. OR just make sure your hotel is over 75 feet tall, so they are required by the state to meet a minimum standard of safety.

Checked in for one night 12/25/2021. Room as excellent, very clean and comfortable. We arrived around 9:30 pm & checked out by 9:00 am the next morning so not much time to explore the hotel but what we did see was very clean. Breakfast was ok, lots to choose from but the pancake maker was out of order. Location is not far off the highway & a few stores near by which is nice. Very happy with this hotel would stay here again.

Great place to stay. The room was clean with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. The room had a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. Hot coffee, tea, OJ, milk and ice water also. I would stay there everytime.. met some really nice guests as well. Staff is very polite and efficient. I do not recall the name of the young man who checked us in, but he was excellent Diane was wonderful at checkout. Thank you!

We think this was a wonderful place to stay after a long hard drive in bad rain in WV. This Hampton was very nice, and clean with a wonderful atmosphere and decor. We were graciously welcomed by the general manager. He was so helpful. He suggested a fantastic Mexican restaurant across the street. It was beautiful and the food was great! I loved the house sangria. The area was a safe, hometown, quiet, kind of place to be. Our room was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and surpassed most motel breakfasts.
