"Excellent service as usual, check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was amazing. My only complaint on this trip, they had no heat in the lobby (Come on folks, that’s an easy fix) It was freezing trying to have a few drinks at the lobby bar. "The hotel (which has been in business for eight years) is very new and very clean. The room is very large and the toilet space is large. My room type has a large sofa chair for lying down and watching TV. The gym is well equipped. The washing machine and washing powder are very cost-effective. Breakfast muffins are delicious, chocolate sauce is great! Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day. The front desk staff was very considerate and intelligent to serve customers, we liked it very much."

"I arrived in this place 1 hour from Orlando! I am planning to rest in Fort Lauderdale! I did not expect that the location of this small town hotel is very close to the sea, so decided to rest here! The room is awesome and a small suite! There is a balcony to see the invincible sea! Recommended to come here!"

"The hotel is in a good location with free parking and convenient transportation. It is about a 10-minute walk from the town center (where there are many restaurants). The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is a bit simple, mostly pre-made hamburgers, which are heated in the microwave."

However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, there are not many guests, parking charges, sea view rooms booked, but you can only see the side sea view. "This a wonderful hotel, our favorite to stay in Brevard. We rent the studio, it was like a small apartment with new furniture, full kitchen, a desk to work and extremely clean. We will be back soon."

"Stayed there for a soccer tournament in the area. Everything was great. Nice bar & lounge for watching sports. Guest laundry washing & drying machines was a plus! Will stay there for future games in that area! "
