"We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Although we had to wait for several hours before we were able to avail the early check-in (with a fee) overall we enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel is very near the airport and local transportation like bus and train terminals. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. I loved the free self-service laundry! The room was cozy and homey. I loved the fully equipped kitchen as well! We can cook at our own convenience without breaking the bank of eating out all day 😅 The breakfast is good too though I wish they have variety or maybe change of menu at times. Overall, I recommend this hotel when going to Miami."

The hotel was clean, though it wasn’t quite up to the highest standard—there were a few areas that could use a little more attention. The decorations felt a bit outdated, which gave the space an older, less modern feel, but it didn’t detract too much from the comfort. One of the biggest perks was the hotel's location—just a short walk to the beach, which was fantastic for enjoying the ocean. Overall, it was a good night stay with a few minor areas for improvement."

"We were happy to have booked this hotel. Upon arriving at Miami International Airport, we went quickly to Door 5 on level 2 to catch the hotel shuttle bus. The wait was not long. Everything was smooth. We observed that the driver drove slowly passing every door and looked out if there were people waving to him. Such a great service. The location of the hotel is good that we could travel by bus 7 to downtown Miami and went opposite direction to Dophin Mall."

Por ter chegado tarde, nosso quarto foi cedido para outra pessoa e ficamos com um quarto para 03 pessoas e a nossa reserva já paga, era para 05 pessoas. Nosso voo atrasou, chegamos tarde e tivemos que perder tempo e se estressar com essa situação. Embora a administração do hotel, tenha agido de má fé, quero elogiar o pessoal da Trip.com, que me deu toda a assistência e me ajudou com o problema. Todos os atendentes profissionais e gentios. "From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer. WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away. There is a restaurants nearby. South beach is UBER drive away under 10 minutes and cost about $10 US.. overall this is suitable for everyone and saves u money on transportation"

"My room was very spacious bcs it was wheelchair accessible. Room is clean, well cooled. Equipped with adjustable AC. Check in to check out process was great. Very friendly agent Pedro was calm and courteous. Location is favourable for my asylum office interview on 1501 Biscayne. Service and room checks all five stars!"

"Super downtown! 5 minutes walk from the mall, very safe. The interior design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. The room is small, but I can accept it for this location. The system in the room is controlled by an iPad, the system is very smooth, and there is Chinese, which is very considerate. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good! No breakfast, buy it alone for 23 dollars, but there are many restaurants and cafes around. Recommended."
