Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was fine. They have waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal and danishes. Coffee was very good plus usual juices."

"The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist.
We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well.
The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :)
I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that."

"I don't know what equipment is upstairs at night, invincible, noisy all night, it should be the main machine equipment of air conditioning or heating! Basically, I didn't sleep all night, and I was speechless! Compared with other holiday hotels in the morning, there are several categories less, which may be a problem with geographical division."

From the dining area enter the spacious kitchen with all new appliances and an eat in nook perfect for your morning coffee. Looking to spend a quiet night in? This kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal just bring the ingredients. Each of the three bedrooms has plugs and USB ports perfectly placed for your bed side table, new wall mounted TVs with cable and premium movie channels and a seating area so you can escape to your own room if needed. This studio style cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood adjacent to an owner-occupied dwelling. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family (max. 1 older child) coming to enjoy a lovely, relaxing vacation in the Newport area.
Due to the structural set up of the rental (stairs and loft) and the safety of guests we can only have older children, aged 12 and up traveling with their families.
