"One of the glass cups in the room was dirty, the shower was kind of awkward, no lip on the ground so it gets all over the floor. Breakfast was next door since there was no cook but breakfast was pretty decent, oatmeal and quiche and scrambled eggs"

"Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!"

"For the boss to book, the place to leave the meeting is very close, the price is affordable, the waiter is very good, the traffic is very convenient, because the name of the main occupant has been modified, the boss just said that he could not find the room, scared me, immediately called Give it a point, solve it right away."

"Early check-in was from 9am, which was great for early morning flights. It was in the heart of downtown, so it was great that you could walk to the NBA stadium. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited compared to a Japanese buffet. However, there was a grill to toast bread, and fruit too, which was great. The room was spacious and had two TVs, which was great. The only disappointment was that on the day we stayed there, there were a lot of children staying for sports-related activities, so we could hear their footsteps from the surrounding rooms, which was annoying at night."

"Best hotel that we’ve been since traveling around! Great staff and super friendly. Love the breakfast being included as well! Very clean and amenities were provided upon request. One down side is the parking. Hawthorne parking was a good spot and it was easy access to the hotel through the skywalk however the price of it was ridiculous especially since it’s not an in and out. I would definitely stay here again but look more into a different parking lot to provide better access to moving your car around."

"The room is small and the bathroom is small, but it has all the necessary facilities. The service is in place and comfortable, and there is hot food for breakfast, which is really rare. There is a Chinese restaurant tea house near the hotel, and the light rail station is just outside the parking lot. More traditional American style."

"The store service is very good. Due to the change in the itinerary, 2 nights were changed to one night. After communicating with the store, I immediately canceled the reservation for one night. The overall health is very good. I didn’t have time to see the surrounding facilities."

"The hotel is next to the university, surrounded by supermarkets and places to eat, life is more convenient. The hotel is connected to the next home2 lobby. The room was not bad, and it was very clean when I checked in. The place worth complaining about is that there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast. Like home2 next to it, except for egg dumplings, bread, and salty sausages. It may not reach the level of a fast hotel in China. Fortunately, you can eat if you are not picky."
