The location is okay, near 5 Freeway and near Commerce casino and Citadel Outlet. Room is okay and pretty clean but they don't do housekeeping for less than 2 days. It was not communicated properly in the booking process. Breakfast is mediocre and it's not a buffet style, so only one plate per person. No refills. The rooms are pretty outdated but clean. The bathroom is a shower over tub (1980s style) and the room is carpeted. It is difficult to get extra towels due to limited availability. My room has a hard bed and a chipped toilet seat.

The environment is very good, the space is large, relatively new, it belongs to the comfortable hotel, very satisfied. Sound insulation weakness, but I think the cockroach is a small flaw, parking is free. The only problem is that the bath water is too small and I am very collapsed. This is fatal for me, but ok for my husband, for reference.

The sanitation is good, coffee is provided all day and the air is fresh. I will choose this hotel again next time. I can run in the morning, swim and exercise. I like this hotel very much. The breakfast is very good.

The last hotel booked before returning home. The front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese, there is a microwave in the lobby, and some rooms have it. The castle Ole is very close, there is a Chinese breakfast, a Chinese community. The room is quite big and the price is good. There is a convenience store next to it, which is very convenient. There is a bestbuy one hundred meters away and it’s not cheap, but the appliances look really good, and I have an urge to go home. Castle Ole is nearby, but I went to Desert Ole. It’s too far. I advise everyone not to go too far to Ole. Time is also money.

Location of the hotel is ok, opposite the gas station, lots of parking spaces, far from the center, windows cannot be opened, very noisy, clean, refrigerator/microwave/coffee machine/iron

If you rent a car, you can easily get to Commerce. It is located near the highway exit, so transportation is very convenient, and it is located inside the outlet mall, so it is good for shopping. I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cozy facilities.

The price is not expensive, the location can also be not far from the supermarket, or parking, someone cleans every day, the mattress is a bit stuck, the overall feeling is OK!

I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team in this regard. However, I must point out that the indoor facilities of the hotel appear somewhat outdated. The furniture and equipment in the rooms seem to have been in use for a long time, and some of them are even worn out. This gives me a sense of antiquity and has affected my overall experience during my stay. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that the hotel management consider updating and maintaining the indoor facilities. This can enhance the overall image of the hotel and provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Once again, thank you for your assistance and service during my stay at the hotel.
