"American standard motel, the hotel environment is good and convenient, breakfast is very good. Hotel facilities are quite old, there are many supermarkets around the hotel, quite big, very good. The parking lot is large, convenient and free."
"This hotel is super beautiful, it is my Dream house, and the housekeeper Ellen is super good. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we prepared wine for us. There are welcome snacks at the door. There are water and biscuits and various cheeses in the refrigerator. The whole is beautiful, like a fairy tale hotel. Chela and Ellen are super nice and feel very kind, I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.
This hotel is absolutely stunning, it's my Dream house, and the butler Ellen is super nice, she greeted us with wine as soon as we arrived at the hotel, and there were welcome snacks at the door, and water, small cookies, and various cheeses in the fridge. The whole place is beautiful, like a hotel in a fairy tale, and Chela and Ellen are super nice and make you feel very at ease. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again."
"Hotel location is very good, very conspicuous at the intersection turntable.
Five minutes drive to town commercial center, there are many good restaurants, shops, galleries, Napa town is worth a few days to play
It is also very convenient to go to various wineries."
"The room is small and crowded, barely enough for just living. The bedding and bathroom in the room are quite high-end. However, the service at the front desk was poor and not very friendly to Chinese people. When I checked in during a holiday in the United States, the waiter gave me a super bad room. The windows were full of equipment on the opposite floor, and it was impossible to open the curtains. When I asked to change rooms, the waiter's attitude was very bad."
"A treasure hotel in Napa. All aspects are good, the breakfast is rich, and the price is reasonable. Compared with other hotels in the surrounding area, it is worth collecting."
"Overall hotel quality is great, bed is comfortable. I have a double queen size bed room. Room is spacious. However, light sleepers shall avoid room facing the pool because people can have access to the pool even after 12am, they chat and laugh can be quite disturbing at that hours.
Last but not least, the staff who helped me checked out was super unfriendly and give attitude over a 10 dollar parking confusion we had while I was checking out. The attitude and service is quite bad and making the whole staying experiences a negative especially only for a minor confusion they had caused their own internal communication. It’s really not nice 👎🏻"
"It feels like a family hotel. On the side of the main road, sound insulation is okay, and the sound of wooden floor sounds. The hotel is not large, there are two places for parking, and there are many locations.
The hotel is supplied by homemade biscuits from 6 to 7:00 every night, and outdoor hot ponds in the back garden from 8 to 9:00 in the evening can soak hot springs. After 8:00, there is no one at the front desk. Overall is relatively satisfied.
Breakfast is rich, there are various Greek yogurts, the grilled baked Walf cheese cheese pancakes, milk oatmeal juice, fresh fruits are all available. "
"In the urban area, driving from Napa Valley for more than 20 minutes, it is recommended to go to Napa Valley to find a wine tasting wine to take pictures, because only passing by, so only stayed for one night, the front desk customer service is very polite, breakfast western style, eating is also very rich There is free parking, the room is quite big, there is a sofa"
"This time I used Ctrip to book hotels during my trip in the United States. Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for food. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference.
The experience of staying at Napa Winery Inn was very good. The service and meals were in line with expectations. There was a fire pit at the door and wine tasting every day. The hotel changed the wine marketer every 2 months."

Great
GGuest UserYour prices were super good and it was such a lovely stay. It’s an old Victorian that’s in a nice residential area, close to downtown which I got familiarized with a bit. Great shops and Riverfront restaurants. Hit a lovely little Farmer’s Market Tuesday morning. The Hotel offered complimentary delicious breakfast ‘till 9:30, great snacks, coffee and tea available all day. Also, a fireplace and spa tub in my room. There is ample parking in the back. However, no elevators, so it was a bit of a workout getting everything upstairs myself. I was offered a downstairs room but I’d rather be upstairs so I considered the schlepping part of my workout. If anyone has limitations with walking, it would be quite challenging upstairs but downstairs seems very nice, too. They just were decorating for Christmas which was was beautiful and homey. I truly can’t wait to go back.
MMariiaA very controversial impression from this hotel. On the one hand: a beautiful mansion with a small number of rooms, with very interesting interior, real antique things, cozy, quiet, near the city center, with delicious breakfasts, spacious room. Two-room with two big beds. A big sauna that tried to make modern. But on the other hand, it feels that the patrons are doing a little favor that they let them live there at all. First, I don't understand why I took a four-adult room but it turns out it's booked for only two and I have to pay 50 dollars a day for each extra person. What did I pay for? The towel was only three and we didn't give us any extra. The room was cleaned because the maid went in once, why somehow feared that there were no adults in the room(children 12 and 14 years old), left and didn't return anymore. It turns out I paid only for extra breakfasts. Another strange moment: settlement strictly from 3 to 6 days. Three hours a day. Chances a little. There are questions to the sunglasses. It's cold. And, if you stand in the shower for a long time, the lighting is automatically turned off in the entire bathroom and you will stay in the excess darkness. Why is this invented? Whose convenience?
