GGuest UserWe enjoy staying at the Best Western Paint Pony in Show Low because it is conveniently located to all the activities in both Show Low and Lakeside have to offer. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms have large countertops, which is helpful when there are two people staying in the room. We are building a home in Torreon and the Best Western Paint Pony is down the street, which makes it a very convenient place to stay when we come up to check on the progress of our new build.

GGuest UserTres Jolie déco has the entrance. Accommodating staff. Beautiful comfortable rooms with good litter. Well bathroom. But the water hunt (Ch 120) runs without stop. The motor of the small refrigerator remains noisy at night. Breakfast is extensive. But the number of places available is too small. It's a good thing to wait for a place to be released.

GGuest UserThis is an old property and has had paint not so carefully applied in most areas. It just isn't a clean and nice property. The beds are okay. The towels are rough small and the soap is pretty much non-existent, a sliver that is about enough to wash hands with. The carpets are old dirty and stained in the rooms that I have stayed in recently. The super 8 and others have a much better room rate. This however offers a made to order breakfast, but that too isn't as good as it was less than a year ago.

GGuest UserMy wife & I stayed here on 2 separate occasions during a 2 week road trip thru New Mexico & Arizona. The first time we stayed we had reservations for the night, but were caught in a sudden blizzard about 100 miles north of Holbrook late that morning. After a hazardous drive thru the blizzard we arrived at the hotel where the manager Dr Dan let us check in 2 hours early. We spent the rest of the day in the pool & hot tub, doing laundry & relaxing until the blizzard was over. About a week later on our way home we stayed here again & were able to enjoy the pool & hot tub again. The only issues here is that the only hot items for breakfast are sausage links & waffles that you make. However, you can have a nice hot breakfast if you think outside the box. Thank you Dr. Dan!

GGuest UserWell, where do I start?The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, inside & out. There was a drunken vagrant asleep on the pavement close to the entrance door when we first arrived. The disabled accessible room we had booked & had been confirmed by the hotel via email, was not available. Check-in guy said they only had 1 accessible room & it was already taken! He was scruffy, rude & very unhelpful - told us to go elsewhere if we weren't satisfied. As it was between 5 & 6pm when we arrived & we didn't have any internet access to book an alternative, we had no option but to stay. After initially refusing, he eventually offered us a 20% discount after we said that we weren't getting what we had originally paid $219 for. Pool was closed, full breakfast menu not available, carpets in corridors were absolutely filthy - not vacuumed at all during our stay. Allocated a 'normal' room near a side entrance door with a disgustingly filthy & dangerous door mat in place that was a serious trip hazard. This door was slammed multiple times throughout the night - very noisy from 10pm to 6am. Bugs crawling on floor in bathroom, bathroom door badly scuffed & dirty, bathroom tiles broken, bathroom panels around bath tub cracked and dirty. Coffee maker situated in bathroom - not the most hygienic place to locate it, so didn't use it. No housekeeping service offered due to 'no contact' policy - not many people would actually stay in the room whilst it is being cleaned, so think this was just an excuse to save work & money. Beds uncomfortable and the 4 pillow were squashed to half their size & pushed into pillowcases which were also squashed to half their size - why?? This made the pillows very hard & the size of scatter cushions. Outside areas dirty and untidy. Workmen hammering & knocking throughout the day. A receipt for the payment we made at check-in was promised when we checked out, but this did not materialise. There was no staff present at the reception desk to request this or to report the issues we had with the room & hotel - just a box on the counter for guests to drop their keys in when they left. We couldn't wait to get out of this place - and left hours before the check-out time. This place is an absolute disgrace & should be investigated by Quality Inns as it is not fit for purpose as it stands. We have visited Winslow on multiple occasions prior to this trip and thought that we would try the Quality Inn, hoping for a better quality of room and service. The hotel definitely does not live up to its name and we will never, ever stay there again. We would certainly encourage any potential guests to avoid this place at all costs. In hindsight, if we had been able to access & read the reviews for the hotel prior to our arrival, we would have made alternative plans. AVOID!!

AAnonymous UserWe wanted to have a few days to just decompress, and this place was perfect. No housekeeping knocking every day, they call to see if you want housekeeping, then let you decide if/when you want them to come into your room. Everyone was very nice, and made our stay wonderful.

GGuest UserRecommend by Nature at container sales who rescued me and my family Petey. After 3 days went ahead and reserved 3 more days. Staff friendly and welcoming to Petey the 135# American pit bull. Clean well kept hotel. Free hot food in the morning I didn't have to prepare. Ignore the spoiled narcissistic reviews that say other wise. Thank you!

GGuest UserShabby decor and depressing atmosphere:notices such as ”Shirts and shoes required in the lobby ”on display didn't improve first impressions. Sheets,towels & bathroom were all clean which is vital,obviously.However,the TV (not even flat screen!) and lamps were all dusty. Breakfast was fine:as described in the publicity except that the hot water was barely luke warm.
