Full kitchen was amazing. The room was clean and large. The staff was very helpful and nice. If your working, it's a good place to stay. There are alot of loud college students here, that's the only downfall. They don't have much respect for being quiet.
Decided to stay here for a change and what a place. Right on the Main Street and so convenient to all restaurants.and cafe. The hotel is fairly new and it shows. I was lurks enough to have a corner room and that made a great difference. I can open the sliding door. Not too noisy. And get some fresh air. Breakfast was a bit samey after day three but it works.
Overall good , it is more convenient near the road , the hotel has supermarkets and restaurants and fast food restaurants nice hotel at good location quarantined.

Good location, McDonald's nearby, easy to eat, and close to University of Delaware. I heard that there are transportation cars, and it is easy to go. The room is large and is an ensuite. The sofa can also be turned over as a bed. Very suitable for families. The bed was large and comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was good too. Insufficient is the service in general, I once forgot to take bath towels. The equipment is slightly old and the bath water is not great. Shampoo and other supplies are general, it is recommended to bring or buy it yourself.
We spent one night at this hotel and I would strongly advise you to check the quality of the mattress before settling in. The mattress should have been replaced; sagging & unsupportive. We only spent one night (6/11) after a wedding (room 238). I had a very nice conversation with the front desk the following morning (after a sleepless night and backaches for us both) he assured me the manager would ”reach out”. Brad, the manager, never responded to calls (or an email Caleb-feont desk sent him). I expected better from Hilton.
Wow. For a few dollars more I could have done so much better. You should too. They only service rooms on Tuesday and Thursday according to the obnoxious front desk agent but failed to tell me or anyone else. Horrible hotel. Worse than motel 6. Heck, the motel 6 at least has towels. You can't even get TOWELS at this place. The owners are running a roach motel. Worn out furniture, doors that have to be slammed to lock and clientele that is disruptive and makes noose until 3am coming and going. Can feel every spring in the bed, and oh yeah...save your towels and heaven forbid don't soil your sheets or anything...cause you won't get more. Priceline, and tripadvisor give thus place a WAY WAY WAY WAY TOO HIGH star rating. The motel6 has better standards and at least they're cheap. DON'T EVER STAY HERE. Ever. Oh yeah, the ownership is hiding behind the lame excuse of 'covid' but no longer have any other mask or sanitary protocols in place. It's just owners who are lazy who got used to hiding behind covid to make more money with less people...and it's time to grow up and move on, man up and start running this hotel again. The halls are nasty and smell funny. Lobby is dark and dingy....they just don't care. One day left on my stay, and wish I hadn't booked third party.
A nice spot on the U of Delaware campus, well landscaped and designed. We didn't have the AC problems others below have reported. The front desk when we called and checked in was laughably rude (which at least made those interactions fast, as I got hung up on during the first and had my credit card and ID pretty much thrown at me at the end of the second); at breakfast the next morning the service was comparably inefficient. But we'd eagerly stay there again if we could--indeed, we tried to on our way back, but they were sold out, as seems to happen in association with university events. Temporary note for early September 2022: coming up from the south, the construction and related traffic late at night in the few miles between the highway and the hotel were irritating and even a little scary--allow some time and attention for that.
Fabulous stay! I was there for work. Water waiting at the front desk. Phyllis was always cheerful and helpful at the front desk with restaurant recommendations and helping me out when I forgot toothpaste. Lauren at the bar is so charming and fabulous. The breakfast was delish and I will stay here even if I get a better rate at another hotel.

QQINGNot far from the University of Delaware, the hotel is cost-effective, clean, warm front desk, 1.5 meters twin bed, next to the 7-11 convenience store, wawa gas station, breakfast free, simple buffet, from the hotel to Delaware There is a car wash shop on the roadside of the university.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel based on reviews and because of its proximity to UD for graduation weekend. Hotel rates were increased everywhere, so we felt the value wasn't worth it. The location of the hotel is convenient--right off 95 and a few miles to campus. The hotel was clean and fairly comfortable. The rooms were tiny and had a musty feel. The bathrooms were clean, but small. The temperature control wasn't always working well. The breakfast could have used more healthy options, such as Greek yogurt and more seasonal fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean. The ”fitness center” was a complete joke. The hotel shouldn't advertise it as an amenity. One treadmill, one non-functioning elliptical, and one broken down and dangerous universal do not constitute a fitness center. It is a liability. We've traveled to many hotels that have much better and well-maintained facilities. This hotel is adequate for a one-night stay
GGuest UserGreat hotel and location. We were there for only one night and specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool which the kids (ages 3 to 15) really wanted. The hotel was great in all areas except the pool. It was cold and the water was murky. But the breakfast, beds, cleanliness and staff were all great.
HHUAIYIBreakfast is free, simpler bread coffee bar, common breakfast. The room is not big, but the sanitary conditions are OK. Leave 2~3 knives a day for the service staff. If the geographical environment is right, the hotel will turn right and there is a Friday restaurant. It is an American restaurant. The price is also good. If you feel that you can eat it. If you are not satisfied, you can go to the university street to eat Chinese food. There are no facilities nearby. If you need to buy anything, you can go to the main protagonist to buy it.
GGuest UserType of building is last-generation (room doors giving directly onto the exterior). Generally functional, but maintenance had obviously been spotty for some time. Rooms and bath were clean and functional; bed was excellent. WiFi was fast and cable TV better than average. Small details had been overlooked, however. Breakfast service was virtually nonexistent.
This motel is short staffed. Upon checking in no one was at the front desk. The smell from cigarette smoke comes in the rooms from people smoking outside the rooms. I had to change rooms because the cigarette smell in the first room was too strong. The telephone in the room does not work so there is no way to contact the front desk. I've had to walk to the front desk twice due since I checked in due to issues I've had with the rooms. The TV in the room I am currently in is NOT working. Unfortunately, there is no one available to fix it. The staff is friendly and the room is okay, but I probably will not stay here again. You get what you pay for. Spend a little extra and stay at a Hilton or Marriott.
JJayAndShyI feel that we shhould be able have our privacy , if I want put blankets on my blankets on my railing so I can sun bathe on my balcony I pay almost 100 dollars every night , I should at least be able to do that since I can’t play music And for housekeeping not to enter my room unless I say I need the servis done. Invansion of my privacy I don’t like coming back to house keeping being in my room if we got to keep the sound ordinance down (aka ) loud music you should let us slide on little things
