"Traveling with family. The advantages of this hotel are: the bed is very comfortable, the room is large, it is close to the lake, the scenery is nice, the location is OK, there is an outlet mall about 10 minutes drive away, but it is crowded after Christmas, and the waiting time for shopping is long. Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. The hotel is about half an hour drive from San Francisco, the navigation is quite clear, and Gaode is good!"
"Fully equipped breakfast, friendly service, elegant environment and convenient transportation, suitable for all kinds of business, family and travel accommodation. The room includes a kitchen, living room and various kitchen utensils"
"The hotel is very new, the decoration and facilities are well designed, and the services are in place. There is a spacious and bright public area on the second floor where you can drink tea and coffee for free, which is suitable for simple business meetings. It is walking distance from BART station, Amtrak train station, and Chinatown, which is very convenient. The only thing that needs to be considered is the surrounding safety issues. Because it is located in the city center and the city hall is right outside the window. There are many homeless people, so try to go out as little as possible at night."
"The front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK."
"The room was good and the service was very warm and polite. The location is in the center of Auckland, ten minutes drive from Auckland Airport (if there is no traffic jam). At night, the road is noisy and someone plays music, but this is not the responsibility of the hotel."
"It was convenient near the airport. The room type was different from the reservation, but they changed it as soon as I told them. My original room was conveniently located near the front desk, so I ended up staying without changing, but I was given a drink and a snack as an apology!"
"Did an amazing job with service and even helped us find a spot to eat for lunch. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Was very pleased with my visit and would definitely stay there again."
"I didn't get it because I didn't have a hair dryer.
I'm taking a graduation photo, so I'm not in the ancient timesㅋㅋand
When I checked in at first, I made it nice and only two people, but if I stayed for two days in shampoo, I put only two insertions and asked for more shampoo towels. How many people are you? ~~ Then ㅋㅋ And the interior is not nap The smear of the dirty feeling felt in a neat place is full of smearㅠnot bad though The hair dryer was the king most"
"Everything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind."

冯冯We consider this motel in Oakland area a very good choice of value-for-money, if you want to avoid staying in very small (and worn-out) motel rooms in downtown San Francisco. We had a rental car, so driving to downtown San Francisco (or in fact anywhere) was not a problem at all. The motel provides free parking. This motel was renovated just two years ago, rooms are reasonably sized and kept very clean. If you want to use public transport, the motel is only 15-minute's walk from the nearest BART. Service at the front desk was friendly and responsive. The only drawback about this motel is its neighborhood it is located in......you will want to take care if you want to walk the streets at night.
GGuest UserFully equipped and able to park. The disadvantage is that the roadside on the high-speed road, the sound of traffic can be heard in the room, a bit noisy
