"First time booking a stay using Trip and while the overall process for booking was easy, the stay at the hotel was a little lack-luster. Prior to arrival, we didn't get any check-in information; I had a bit of trouble contacting the hotel to get this info. On my part though, I think I did mess up with not providing my contact info (apparently). I got a hold of front desk and the woman I talked to was super courteous and had apologized in advance for the delays. We were told that our room would be ready at 5pm instead of the opposed time at 4. We ended up arriving at 5pm anyway, so time wasn't a problem. When we arrived, everything was fairly clean except for a couple of towels that had brown stains on it. We were short on toilet paper, paper towels, and other small essentials. We were able to get these things the next morning, which was great. My other complaint was that some things were left behind; ie; someone left a pair of their Crocs, and some bar soap in the shower. Even though these things were minor problems to me, it definitely isn't enough to make me lose sleep over. Location: 10/10. 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach. I would definitely still book this place again as long as these issues are not an issue in the future. "
