"The breakfast was not the best continental breakfast. There just was enough chocies. Also the room where the breakfast is at is not big enough for the number of rooms they have. You really need to take the food back to room to eat."

"We had an excellent stay, very accommodating. The gym is very clean, has dumbells and a bench, and they sell protein at the desk. The room was very clean, and all amenities were functional and proper.

"Every staff member we encountered during our stay was extremely friendly and helpful and each one we encountered acknowledged us with a warm hello and a smile which is so rare these days! The rooms were very clean and we slept like babies! The breakfast was the best yet that we have had on our travels! All around great stay and will come back for sure!
Thank you to all the employees of this hotel for loving your jobs and providing excellent service.. it goes a long way and is much appreciated!"

"The hotel is very new and the facilities are very new. The dining area in the lobby on the first floor feels particularly beautiful and comfortable. The disadvantage is that the room is estimated to be very hot due to floor heating, affecting sleep! The front desk clerk is indifferent! But if you want to pass by Ozona, this one is still the best. A rare hotel that can provide connected rooms. This is the second stay."
