"This hotel is right next to the beach. It is a 30-min drive south of San Francisco. It is a bit old and have less amenities compare to newer hotel. I enjoy my stay here and there are nearby restaurants for dining so you can walk. Would highly recommend stay here if you love the beach."

See profile for more on us. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed in the unit.
We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.
No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.
