Upon check in, the desk clerk and I literally had to yell at each other to be heard over the noise of the bar. There were no accessible parking locations available, possibly due to my late arrival (approx 10pm), however this was made more problematic due to the fact that none of the side doors of the hotel could be accessed from the outside, with a room key or without. This was not related to the time of arrival. All the doors had signs that they could not be used for entry and the desk clerk apologized that none of them were working. Therefore, I had to park in front to check in, move the car to the back of the building, and walk around the building to return to the front to re-enter the hotel. As a disabled person, this was a significant hardship. I had requested and was given an accessible room. However, the carpeting in the room is covering a very uneven floor surface which was difficult, if not dangerous, for my wife and I to walk on. Additionally, the bed in the room was exceedingly tall (30 inches off the floor). If you are disabled and not long-legged, you may find this difficult to sit on and quite literally climb into for sleeping. It was actually as tall as the desk, the back of the chair, and the mid-sized refrigerator. If you are accustomed to sleeping on the kitchen counter, you will have no issues. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

We selected this hotel because it had 2 KING beds in each room. We were traveling with 8, so this gave us plenty of space. It was a pleasant surprise to see a couch in the room as well. It had both an indoor pool and outdoor pool which was nice. Breakfast was in the other building, but this wasn't a problem for our group. The hotel was centrally located for the activities we wanted to do. I'd stay here again.
