"Booked online a room for one night. We stayed at the 20th gl of the Sky Tower. The room was bigger than most other chain hotels. The check-in & car parking were at different buildings. Due to the surrounding one-way streets setup, it took us a while to figure out.
The room cost was separated into two portions, one paid to the booking agency (Trip.com) at reservation & the other to the Circus Circus at check-in. At checkout, the hotel receipt showed an increase of $2.20 to the original cost when we booked online. No reason was given to us for why. So if you book the room similarly to what we did, do pay attention to the cost variation!"
"The room is quite big and looks relatively new. The whole hotel covers a large area. It is off-season now, so there are not many people and it is quite comfortable to stay in. There is a Starbucks on the first floor, which can be used for breakfast."
"As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel."
"This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling******. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent."
"The beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, as there was hair and soap residue everywhere. The bath tub had no grab bars and you had to get all the way in the shower to turn on water. There was no shower mat to help keep you from sliding (remember, no grab bar). No shower caps or lotion. The restaurant was a very pleasant experience, both the staff and food were great!
We would stay again, because it is very convenient and close to the train station, which is how we traveled to visit a relative who was celebrating his 75th birthday."
"The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are various restaurants around, gas stations, convenience stores, a parking fee of 8 dollars, and the front desk service is friendly. There is free coffee and hot water in the lobby. The room is a suite. The shower in the bathroom is broken, the water pressure is very low, and the water flow is very small. Generally speaking, the price is not bad. It is OK to travel to Lake Tahoe for one night."
"Booo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky ****** needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like."
"Was there for a event at events center hotel was very nice restuarants were great & fun , needs mini bars & usb plugs in rooms but other than that was very nice beautifully decorated for xmas"
"A well-regulated hotel, the service is OK, breakfast is good, you can make your own muffins, children like it. The location is also good, the price is still relatively high."
"It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus is operated. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the water pressure is satisfactory. I didn't expect much because it was a free breakfast, but I was so satisfied because it was similar to the breakfast I paid for and eat at other hotels."

SSunflowerSYBooked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!
