The room was clean and spacious. That’s about all that was good. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will not get much sleep here. We were on the 6th floor and could hear all the traffic outside. At one point I thought the window was open. The air conditioner was very loud and rattled so loud when it was cycling off. We were awaken around 5am to the most awful, loud noise from somewhere. We were not sure if it was the fire alarm or if someone was blowing a loud horn in the hallway. We think it was air or something in the pipes when someone took a shower. Room does need updating - cabinet door where the mini fridge is - was falling off and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. When we checked out, the front desk staff never made eye contact and seemed uninterested in our concerns.

Stayed over for a weekend as I had a couple of events to attend. I didn't have any interactions with the front desk staff as I check-in and out from my phone, although I was greeted each time I entered/exited. I'll give this hotel a shoutout for not having the air conditioners in the rooms limited, if you want the room to go down to 60 degrees, the AC will go down to 60 degrees. The pool is small but perfect for 2-3 families at most, the complimentary breakfast was small but satisfactory for what it was and did the job. The only thing that would keep me from giving this hotel the highest ratings are the following: - The rooms are a bit dated, and the bathrooms (specifically toilets) can use an upgrade. - You can hear the RT17 traffic from your room, the only thing louder than the traffic was the refrigerator in the room. - The elevators are extremely slow so if you are above the 3rd floor it can be annoying to go up and down. - The mattresses (we had the king-size bed) were extremely thin to the point you could feel the springs pressing into your body as you sleep. - The night we had one of the events we could drive through the entrance way as we did normally as there were 2 cars parked there. When we go to the entrance it was a bunch of people hanging out and smoking **** with both cars parked and playing music loudly. (This could be a one-time thing here but I was only there 1 night) Overall, for what I needed a hotel for this stay, just a place to sleep for 1 night. I don't believe I could do more.

We stayed here for a football game at MetLife Stadium. The location is great and parking is free. We had a car for the game and it was a quick ride to the stadium. The hotel had signs for a shuttle to the game (suppplied by another local company). So you have options to get to a game. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel which takes you to the Port Authority in NYC. We were told Ubers are hard to get. Once the rider sees you are going to NYC, they often will cancel. The staff said the bus is the most convenient and cheapest way to go. The bus offers ”senior rates” which were $4.50/person so you can't beat that. The rooms were clean. The mattress in our room was in need of a replacement. It was concave. We did alert the staff so hopefully they will replace it. The staff was pleasant and helpful Overall, we were very happy with our selection and would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable beds and pool was open (rare these days!) but staff need to pay closer attention to rooms and amenities - broken gym equipment, ripped towels, previous guests’ clothes overlooked and left in room, etc. Several different instances of negligence, which negatively impacted our stay.

We stayed here as a cheaper option when visiting NY. Bus operates regularly and stops right in front of the hotel. Reception offered us a timetable. $9 US for a day return to downtown NY and journey only 30 minutes. Another day we got the bus to the huge American Dream complex which is a mall anc amusement park. Bus was $2 US and took 10 minutes. Rooms themselves a bit tired and dated, Lighting poor and stains on carpet and chair. No outlook except carpark or road. Beds comfortable and inclusive breakfast good selection and generous. Guest laundry great and affordable. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly and special mention to Jordan. Granted us a free late check out which was appreciated. If you want a cheap easy alternative to the rip off that New York is then stay here.

We came down from Toronto for a few days. Family of 4 with 2 kids (2yo & 6yo). We chose the King suite for space, microwave and fridge. Our main focus was to visit American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon/ Dreamworks and quick visit to NYC. Convenient close drive to American dream approx 10min and 20min to Times Square (depending on what time you go). The hotel is located in an industrial business area so don’t expect much looking outside or walking around. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep It clean and presentable. The only issue I had upon arriving and departing was the automatic doors to keep open. They were not working on both sides of the building. It could have been useful when pushing in or out a trolley full of luggages but it’s not a deal breaker or end of the world. I didn’t even bother complaining about it to them. Everything was working in the room and was clean. The pictures I viewed on the internet matched exactly what I expected. On my second day I had a slight issue with a breaker being tripped. Javier at the desk was professional on handling the situation. He came up and opened the panel and switched it back on. Awesome service. The sofa bed is not the greatest or even close to terrible depending on the size of person. The actual mattress barely gives any support. It’s recommended to keep children on it than adults in my opinion, The complimentary breakfast was basic and it serves it purpose. I would say they did a great job on hosting it. Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and fruits. I was happy with what they served. I ate it for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience and it was what I expected. The price is a great value. I would recommend this hotel for families. I would come here again. Thank you for keep up to your standards. An average hotel, slightly better than a motel.

The hotel is conveniently located at 2 high speeds. It is a 16-minute drive from PATH Station. Free parking at the hotel. If you are going to Manhattan, it is best to park your car in the PATH parking lot, 12 kn / 10 hours. The hotel price is relatively affordable, but I booked the price increase for the second time. Many Indian guests in the hotel.

The biggest problem is that the independent heater cannot be turned off, which makes it extremely noisy at night. I didn't sleep well all night and was very tortured. Another problem is that the outbound transportation is not very convenient. You need to find the boarding point at the Port authority bus terminal and learn how to use the automatic ticket vending machine or app to buy long-distance bus tickets (but the number of trains is quite dense), or It cost over $50 to take a taxi. If you don't mind these two points, there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.
