"The scenery is stunning both day and night, and the service is excellent, including free airport transfers. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is incredibly welcoming and not only a pickleball enthusiast but also a lover of art. The interior decorations are all her own, a testament to her dedication to the business. The spacious common room features a billiard table, adding a touch of entertainment to the evenings. The large public balcony offers a tranquil and comfortable ocean view. The day I left, the US reopened Saipan's Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to China. I hope more Chinese tourists will visit, and I look forward to the reopening of direct flights from China to Saipan, making it easier for us to return. Saipan's biggest advantage is that it's safer than other Southeast Asian islands and more suitable for family trips. I also highly recommend the fishing program run by a multilingual Chinese man. It includes fishing, snorkeling, and barbecue meals on board. The activities are safe and fun, and the team is friendly and attentive. The snorkeling equipment is even free!"

"This time I stayed at the Golden Saipan Hotel and the overall experience was very satisfactory! The hotel is strategically located and convenient to travel. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable, so that people can get a full rest. The hotel staff is warm and friendly and feels at home. "I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!"

"Excellent! The hostess is very warm and welcoming. Her son also provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. Many activities are cheaper than online. This is the best value hotel. I hope to visit again next time."

"I booked 4N5D for my parents who came to visit us in Saipan. The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are. They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so. The room was clean, and they especially liked the ”openness” of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze)."

"Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator."

"Overall it's OK, the sea view is beautiful, you can directly see the boundary of the Mariana Trench, but the facilities inside feel a bit old, we stayed in the luxury room on the top floor but the room was average, maybe the island itself has limited facilities, except for the sea view, other facilities are far from 5-star hotels. Eating and shopping inside are also very expensive, and transportation is not very convenient. I think you can stay for one or two nights to experience the sea view, and then go to downtown to stay at the Crown Hotel. The hotel facilities of the Crown Hotel are a little newer, but the sea view seems to be average"

"The room was good overall. The staff was also very friendly, and when I asked about the tour, they connected me so I could have a good time. They were all friendly overall, but I was especially grateful to Meldy, who helped me in every way. In particular, the check-in time on the first day was 12:30, but I was really grateful that they let me in right away!!! It is convenient for activities because it is Garapan, and they usually drop me off first after activities. It is convenient to walk to shopping and there are many restaurants nearby. I could go to Micro Beach through the lobby of the Crown Hotel, and the sunset was also good. The price is reasonable, but the view is a neighborhood view. Since I stayed for a long time, I was assigned to the room with the best view, but if not, it would have been a view of the wall of the building next door. It seems that the soundproofing is not good either. I was surprised because the coughing sound from the next room was so close. I recommend bringing a shower filter to the accommodation. The filter did not change much, but I definitely noticed that it had turned brown after 5 days of use. I definitely recommend bringing one if you are sensitive to water."

"I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."

"The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise."
