Outstanding
MMIMI LIUPerfect stay with a good sea view in the evening, comfy bedding, large room space, smart tv and good service. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay on your road trip. It would be even nicer if I could have arrived early( I arrived around 8pm and didn’t have much time enjoying the hot tub and the beach) and morning view was foggy. Breakfast was okay (i thought that would be some meats). Overall I love this place a lot!!! (Oh also the room price dropped around $60 three days before i arrived so I rebooked it make sure you check the price when your trip is approaching) 这个酒店的电视可以投屏真的很不错!!
GGuest UserTitle: Perfect Weekend Getaway at Spyglass Inn, Pismo Beach
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Spyglass Inn in Pismo Beach, and it was a great experience. Nestled in a prime location, this inn offers easy access to the best of the area's natural beauty and recreational activities.
Proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Waking up to the serene views of the ocean and the calming sound of the waves was a daily highlight. The beach itself is clean and inviting, perfect for both sunbathing and very peaceful at dawn and sunset. The area boasts several scenic hiking trails. We took advantage of these and were rewarded with breathtaking views and the chance to reconnect with nature.
Food options around Spyglass Inn also added to the charm of our stay. We indulged in some local cuisine that was as delicious as it was diverse. From fresh seafood to hearty breakfasts, plus a great steak in Arroyo Grande, 5 min drive.
The inn itself provides a wonderful atmosphere to unwind. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing retreat. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
Overall, our weekend at the Spyglass Inn was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway in a picturesque setting. Whether you're an avid hiker, a beach lover, or just in need of some peaceful downtime, Spyglass Inn is an ideal choice.
GGoldpanmanMy wife and I were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The facilities were great. The hotel had a heated pool and spa, which we took advantage of. The grounds were beautiful and well tended. The room amenities were great. The breakfast was more than you usually get at a hotel. We had a choice of scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit. Just an all around great experience. We will definitely be staying here again.
1101traveller1011The hotel is under reno. but the rooms are clean and good size, really close to Pismo beach, it is just off the HWY but no noise what so ever, the big minus is the Breakfast area and food quality, which needs to be improved, and in such case will be back for sure, otherwise, we will look around.
GGuest UserWe were looking forward to an overnight stay-cation in Morro Bay and Masterpiece Hotel did not disappoint. Thought not near the water, the location was quiet and very clean. We were pleased to see extra electric outlets for charging, which is so necessary with the multiple electronic devices we carry these days. In particular, the front desk was extremely helpful with everything that we asked for. The continental breakfast also included fresh made waffles, good coffee, fresh fruit selection and yogurt. It was more than the description implied.
The bed was comfortable and the towels soft. It looks like the property has been updated and made for a comfortable stay. Not luxury bet well worth the cost. Thank you to the staff and definitely recommend for the price, location and good clean hotel.
KKUOHUAThe hotel is located on a beautiful seaside, surrounded by mountains and sea. The scenery is beautiful. The service at the front desk is friendly. Free coffee and snacks are provided in the lobby. Free parking is available. The free breakfast is simple, but delicious fruits are also provided.
GGuest UserFront desk personnel was very friendly and attentive.
The room, hmm. Clean but beat up. And broken.
The fireplace did not work. Big bummer. Maintenance got it working, but if we turned it ff, it would not go back on. So, it was a one shot deal. Plus, you never want to have to call in maintenance once you are already in the room. Its just uncomfortable. The window opened on ground level to parking lot two feet from window. One window did not lock at all. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling I have these at home, but don't expect cobwebs at a hotel.
The fan in the bathroom did not work. So it got very stuffy in there and never dried out from shower.
Overall, I would not book here again. there are plenty of other hotel Inns along this stretch of beach, all with the same excellent location.
GGuest UserWe stopped here for a night and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big comfortable bed, probably one of the most comfortable beds of our trip and we've stayed in more expensive accommodations on this trip It's always good when one fine's somewhere like this. It was excellent value and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
GGuest UserWe only stayed for one night, but the person who checked us in and out was super nice and friendly. We also had accidentally left our watch behind in the room after our check-out and when we went back to pick it up, they had it for us at the front desk.
The rooms themselves were nice. They had only given us one towel though, when the room was booked for two adults. Small detail. The floor was a bit dirty, as when I tried walking barefoot after a shower or in between changing, my feet would pick up dirt. Cleanliness could have been improved. Beds were spring, so they made a bit of noise when you move around on them. And the walls were quite thin, so it was easy to hear folks outside our room. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for one night for a really cheap rate.
GGuest User1) my first room’s temp control didn’t wor. I had to repack and go to another room.
2)Room card kept erasing and had to go beck to the desk and get it reloaded
3)lamp on the desk didn’t work.
4) black around the tub caulking.
5)first morning only a couple of muffins. Desk said they expect another delivery soon. No juice. Second morning nothing for breakfast. No compensation.
5) very noisy. Walls are thin. Young adults screaming and yelling parting. 1 o’’’ clock in the morning men outside the room talking loudly we’re as I could here every thing being said. Didn’t want to get dressed and go in the hallway to tell them to shut up. No sleep.
