We were warmly welcomed and felt at home during our 5 day stay. The lounge was lovely for a nightcap or a snack and, though we didn't have time to take advantage of the lovely pool or hot tub, we did see many enjoying their time in the pool area. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!
The hotel is very very clean Mel at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and my family there is lots of parking breakfast was amazing beautiful little shop with all the essentials you need kids really enjoyed the pool very family friendly we will most definitely be returning highly recommend to everybody
The hotel was so comfy and cozy. The area was quiet and I was able to work remotely with no interruptions. The front desk staff - Ty and Katheryn were exceptional and so very helpful. We ate at the restaurant most evenings. The evening host at the restaurant were so kind and attentive. Benny and Sabina were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in the Princeton area. BTW - the cookies were awesome!
Have stayed here several times in the past - for short as well as long durations. The stay has always been pleasant, service has been courteous, professional and efficient. Rooms have always been clean and quiet. Kitchen fully equipped. All appliances clean and functional. I call it my home away from home.
Checking in was a waiting game of standing by for the receptionist to look up from his television. The room was disgusting, no effort from the cleaning staff, THERE WAS A USED CONDOM STILL ON THE FLOOR. Cockroaches crawling out the sink, clear signs of bedbugs. Tried calling the manager 3 separate times and was told every time they didn’t know when he would be present on the property.
Superb, beautiful environment, convenient transportation, free parking. The room is two bedrooms and one living room plus kitchen. Can live 6 people. You can cook by yourself. Buying 40 knives of ingredients can be enough for four people to eat for two to three days. Much better than eating outside. Very close to the Hmart Korean supermarket. Supermarket ingredients are very good.
We recently stayed at Princeton Hampton Inn for Reunions and Graduation and enjoyed it. The hotel is on Route 1 with many others and is a short drive to the University. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The quality of the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and always helpful. If you have a car, this is a very good choice. For Reunions it also worked well as there are shuttles running to and from the University. We have stayed at many of the Princeton hotels and rate Hampton Inn as one of the best.
Nice stay for 2 business nights in August. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Lobby was clean and bright. Front desk staff was friendly and engaging. Room was clean and fresh and didn't have any unusual smells. The breakfast was really good. My only issue was the AC in the room which didn't work effectively. After responding to the manager's check-in email someone came and attended to the AC, but it did not work any better. This is probably the best BonVoy property in the area.
Stayed here one night and all I can say is that it was okay. The room was pretty big, the bathroom was pretty nice, and the bed and pillow was comfortable. But walking into the hotel, it feels like I've time traveled back to the 90s. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms, is in dire need of some serious refurbishment. The elevators are at least 30 years old and are extremely slow. There is also just one elevator for the South Tower and we had to use the service elevator instead since it was much faster. Service was pretty meh. We were able to check in at 10AM which was nice but I didn't get the lake view room that I originally booked. Understandable, since I checked in early. But there was no acknowledgement from the lady at the check-in desk of my IHG membership - not so much as a thank you (frankly she seemed extremely disinterested). As a Platinum Elite I got 600 points as a welcome amenity, but this was communicated through an email instead of at check-in. Disappointing, but whatever. Our room was missing a bedsheet and the mattress cover had these horrible and disgusting stains on them. I called the front desk to let them know but since the housekeeping staff all went home, the best they could do was to give us fresh bedsheets which I put on myself. At least they were clean. Also, this is a conference hotel so I would expect a fair number of business travelers staying here, therefore the lack of adequate outlets/charging ports in the room was somewhat perplexing. The mini-fridge was extremely loud and emitted this high-pitched noise when it was on. The toilet was even louder - every time you flush it sounds like a rocket was launched. Breakfast at the restaurant was $20 per person for food you'd expect to see served complimentary at a Holiday Inn Express. Overpriced and subpar. The bacon was stone-cold. At least the service was great. All in all not the best Crowne Plaza I've stayed at. It was sufficient for one night, but I would not stay here any longer than that.

GGuest UserDamian in the front desk helps me to fix my issue in my recent visit. I come to this area once a while and this place is always one of my top options. I have once stayed here for more than 5 days and it is very helpful to have a kitchen so that I can buy some food and doing some simple cooking. Room is clean. In the most recent visit, I am in a rush and just booking a king bed and the next day, I need double bed when my son stay with me but there are no double bed available on the website, Damian helps me right away, very nice person. Actually the People I meet in the front desk are always very nice. Great hotel with this level price.
