The staff here is fantastic! Especially Jordan! ( I hope that’s how you spell her name) I am in the area for work, and I had a terrible experience at an Extended Stay America. I decided to stay here for a few nights. When I got here, Jordan was so kind to me and was so helpful while I was trying to figure out a long term plan because I am staying in the area for 3 months. I can honestly say she was the highlight of my week.
In a hotel next to the highway, the location is very good, and the breakfast is unexpectedly rich. The rooms are also fine. The downside is that the sound insulation of the glass in the room is not good enough, and the traffic on the highway is too loud, which affects sleep a bit
Not only is this place a filthy hole they are theifs. We checked in on the 7th and checked out on the 8th very early. Upon going to out room there were many people who apparently rent there all month or live there whatever. Asked for non smoking and as soon as we open the door it stunk, hubby went to complain and was given no response. The floors were filthy I never took my shoes off. There was one wash cloth, one face towel and one bath towel for 2 people. No problem because i was not getting in that shower it was disgusting. I waited to go home and shower. There was dirt or mold in the bottom of the mini fridge. There were dead bugs on the floor and spots all over as if the floor only got mopped once a month maybe. After checking out on the 8th a Sunday we find out bank account was charged $ 70.00 on Tuesday the 10th for stolen towels. When we called about this the property manager told us in no uncertain terms that no money would be returned to us so complain anywhere we wanted. My question is, was the room not cleaned from the 8th to the 10th when they decided to charge us for stolen towels. This place must be exposed for what it is A SLUM!!!! THIEVES !!! I'm not done with this pig pen I've only just begun.

Easy check in, nice staff on reception the hotel is lovely and clean, with the most comfortable beds and lovely white bedding, plenty options at breakfast and a nice clean eating area. Wish I had been staying long. Saw a young member of staff rushing about to empty rubbish outside and making sure it was done tidily great to see such a conscientious young person.
Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms, clean common areas, breakfast was good especially the potatoes. Short walk to the ******. Hope to come back soon.
Booked this hotel to come visit my boyfriend working in town. Was hard to figure out where to go in but other than that everything was great! Location is right by everything! If he comes back for work I’ll definitely be staying again!
The front desk employee was miserable. I can't remember a time when someone was so rude to me. When I walked in to check in she didn't even look at me she couldn't take her eyes off her cell she even left me standing there at the front desk while I was trying to check in and she just walked away no explanation no nothing for several minutes still don't know what that was about or why she was so rude to me but I ended up not even staying there because of her she made me feel that uncomfortable. It was 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon on a Monday and the night before that they were not booked full I called in that morning and asked if it would be possible to check in just a bit early bc I was taking a bus in that got there early and they said they had several rooms that hadn't even been rented out the night before and that it was all good. But this lady of course gave me a hard time. She tried to charge me a $50 early check-in fee and it was at that point I just had to go outside and sit down because I was getting ready to cuss this lady out for real but I didn't want to get ignorant so I just turned my camera on and went back in and videotaped the rest of it but I think she knew I was videotaping because she wouldn't even address me on the subject of the extra $50 and she also wouldn't take it then but I videotaped the whole thing and I will include some pictures, some receipts. I really hope I never come across this lady again whoever hired this woman hopefully will see this and do something about her stank attitude.
