Outside, you will find a fenced backyard, screened in lanai, and a saltwater above ground pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Within walking distance, you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and banks. The Weeki Wachee River is a short 8 minute drive; we highly recommend kayaking this beautiful spring-fed river. Drive another 10 minutes or so, and you are at Pine Island, where you can enjoy gorgeous Florida sunsets.As this is a rapidly growing residential neighborhood, guests can expect to hear some noise, such as traffic, neighbors, possible construction, etc. You may also expect to see lots of Florida wildlife. Please be sure to keep windows and doors shut to help minimize any of our critter friends from entering the home.
