"The overall hotel is old and similar to a 4-star hotel in China. The room is small. The bed is very comfortable. There is no coffee machine and no hot water. There is a pizza restaurant next to the main entrance. It is the cheapest and most delicious pizza restaurant in the United States. You can try it if you pass by."
"The older front desk woman had an intolerant attitude. It was quite distasteful.
Luckily the younger Latina women in the evening/ overnight were friendly and hospitable. "
"On the road trip from NJ to Maine, we stayed at 2 Hampton Inns. This was the lower quality of the two. I had to deal with my wife's nagging for choosing this hotel. On the end of the day from the tired drive, we did not feel that welcomed by the front desk staff, nor did the staff at the breakfast service next day look happy at the job. The room felt sub par. It looks like it has been updated, but half heartedly. The quality of the finish was not good. In room furniture and carpet feels dirty."
"It was a good location. Close to stores and downtown. Nice pool. The breakfast that was included was a yogurt, oatmeal, or cornflakes. We ordered from the menu and our breakfast was not included, so we ended up paying. The outlets on the night stands did not work. The heater was difficult to mess with. Maintenance had to come up and adjust. The maintenance guys was very nice and helpful. No microwave in the room. The only microwave was in the lobby store. That was a hassle. Didn't like that. Overall, it was an ok stay but need lots of adjustments. Staff was super friendly."
"Just on the side of the road, there is a big parking lot, of course, free parking. The room was still better than expected, the heating foot, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, coffee machine. Disposable cups are provided but there is no kettle. Breakfast is also more than expected, milk coffee oatmeal, apple, toast, all kinds of bread, waffles (self-baked), all kinds of jam and butter with bread, no problem to eat, of course, can not be compared with the star hotel buffet, But at least, for example, the free breakfast at home is good. The price is still a good choice. The restaurant is just outside the window, the scenery is very good."
