"That is a motel and it is really outdated. While in the room you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. The fridge was so noisy that I had to unplug it.
On the positive side, beautiful view to Ptarmigan lake, nice breakfast, nice hot tub"

"The room is nice and cozy, the breakfast is better than other hotels I stayed. The front desk manager is very nice and helpful. My wife has a meeting after checkout time and he has offered many options to us, including a temporary key to use our room, use the business center or cafeteria, or late checkout. He is very considerate."

"The hotel does not have breakfast, there is no free parking, but you can stop the free parking opposite the road. Overall, it is clean and the scenery is good, but note that Ctrip does not indicate that the price does not include spa and wifi, and will be charged when leaving the store. No matter what you use, 25 knives per room per day"

"The heating equipment fan is noisy, the hotel location is good, it feels a bit like a temporary room, the floor seems to be flexible, and the room is not very soundproof. Breakfast is generally biased, coffee is lighter, and water is added more."

"The first night of the hotel in Colorado in winter, in Dilong, it feels very new, the room area is quite large, the breakfast is quite rich, the tableware is quite high-end, there are many people in winter, and the breakfast restaurant is a bit crowded. There is a reservoir nearby, driving around the water in winter, the scenery is beautiful."

Pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen with an oven and full size refrigerator nicely stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The service was friendly and Angela at the desk took extra time to help me to keep my provisions cold while my room was being prepared and answered every question with a smile. The room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed. I did not use the workout room or pool but glad they were there for a future stay. Great free underground parking and a lounge where I was able to get work done well after checkout. Well deserving of more than 4 stars!

GGuest UserKeystone Resort was an absolute delight. While the check in was in a different location, it is very easily assessable via car.
We love the fire place and the complete amenities in the room. The room was overlooking the lake which was beautiful.
For those who are not used to winter weather, the rooms had heaters and the toilets as well.
