"Place was clean, room was huge bed was comfortable. I asked if I could get wash clothes for 2 days and never received them. Food was ok."

"Came here for my son's basketball tournament and just needed a place to stay overnight. It was perfect to the point that we would make a trip back to erie and stay again. The staff was nice and accommodating. Very clean and new looking with comfy beds. The only thing I would change is making sure the breakfast area was stocked more often with food, cups, napkins, etc. Great hotel and location!"

"My wife and I went to Erie, PA and spent 2 nights at the Wingate. We stay there quite often, and its staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for shopping and dining!"

"We had to stay here because of the snow storm we were not told on the website or even in the so called fine print there was a $100 deposit so to get here and to be charged an extra $100 is false advertisement then at checkout he had me waited the front desk while he went to check the room but did not communicate where he was going so I had to stand there 5 Or so minutes not knowing what was going on they have very poor communication and customer service do not stay here"
