"Hotel that can be used for two brushes, golf is good, many restaurants, good taste, drinks are casual, not suitable for business trips, there is a live concert on Wednesday, good, very suitable"
"The photo stand in the lobby was super cute and free and fast to use. The Roof Sixty Six bar was really fun. Great vibes, great service. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. If we need to stay downtown again, we will probably go back."
"River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us.
Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms.
The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free.
The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided.
We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout.
The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well.
Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great.
I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional.
We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return.
We will definitely be returning."
"Located in the city center, there are a lot of homeless people around. There are two types of parking lots, shelf and valet. More than ten shelves in one night. The hotel is very new and the decoration is satisfactory."
"The main complaint I had was the hotel refused to let me pay the $200 deposit by cash. I did not have the money on my discover used to pay for the room or in my checking acct. I was given the option to use a card or cancel my reservations. It was midnight and I had surgery at 5:00 am the next morning. I didn’t have the extra money or time to find another hotel. I was forced to use my bank card which overdrew my checking account and that cost me an additional $27 thru my bank in overdraft fees. Then I was told the deposit would be refunded back to my card on 2-4 business days. It has now been 5 business days and I still do not have the $100 refund in my bank account. Because of this inconvenience I will not be staying at Avid hotels in the future."
"The hotel is conveniently located right beside the BOK center. It is gated nicely and you will have to pay $10 for parking on site. They have parking on the first level but also have a garage that can be tricky to see at first. They do allow food delivery such as door dash, Uber eats etc which is nice. Our room was nice and clean and very spacious. We were always greeted upon entry in a nice friendly manner and they were always ready to answer any questions we may have. Overall we enjoyed our trip and do recommend this hotel to others. "
"The hotel was clean, and very appealing. The bed not so much. It looked comfy but it was terrible! No one slept good. The location was great for us, as was the man at check in.. I forget his name. He was also there the next day. He gave us tips for fun things to do as well as making conversation with us. He was very kind and helpful. Also, I understand that the hotel can’t-really do much about it, but there must have been a tournament or something going on and between the kids yelling down the halls, letting people into the pool, when we had to make an appointment to use it, and knocking on our door at 1AM because they thought it was their room, was very frustrating. But I would definitely use this hotel again.

GGuest UserHoliday Inn Express downtown Tulsa was an excellent location to stay for attending a concert at the BOK. About a 15 minute walk and they also had a small shuttle. We chose not to ride the shuttle back to the hotel because the line was too long. Our rooms were updated and very clean with ample towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a wide selection of food including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, waffles and more. There was ample seating and everything was clean. The pool was very large and warm but no pool towels. I would definitely stay here again. They charge $19 for parking in the garage behind the hotel with easy access.
GGuest UserVery clean room! Pillows were uncomfortable but most hotel pillows are. We thought there was going to be reception because online says they do a manager's reception with snacks and food Monday though Wednesday. So you guys might want to update that. So we ended up going out for dinner then over to The Mark. The pool was very cloudy but still did the job of cooling us off. Staff was very nice as well.
TTanEuniceWe stayed here for five nights while attending our son's commencement. The hotel offers spacious parking, a good breakfast, and complimentary coffee throughout the day. Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
DDorseyI had a great experience here. The staff is very welcoming and very polite. They were always giving information on up coming events and social gatherings.
