"A bit dated, but generally a good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.
Our main grievance was the on-site restaurant where food was poor and the prices extortionate. The “chefs salad” could have been prepared by anyone, and was just a random assortment of meats and salad piled on top of each other. A 22oz draught lager was $14. Despite not mentioning this anywhere, a 15% gratuity is automatically added, and then they also ask for a tip.
We would not return to this hotel based on our experiences at the restaurant."

"The hotel's location is great, the facilities met expectations, and the hygiene was up to standard. The surrounding environment is lovely, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. However, the front desk service needs improvement. The young man seemed new and inadequately trained; he quoted a price over 1,000 RMB higher than what Ctrip offered. Eventually, an experienced female colleague next to him sorted it out."

"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from the scenic area. The surrounding neighborhood is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Free parking is available at the hotel. The front desk staff were warm, proactive, and provided excellent service. The hotel offers a good range of recreational facilities, including a swimming pool. However, breakfast was just average."

"The hotel is very beautiful. I was fascinated by the animal specimens decorated inside. The hotel room was small, but the staff at the reception was very warm and friendly. I agreed that we had several meals in the hall. We mainly like the atmosphere of the hall. We also Drinking at the hotel, other hotels have a lot of rules, this hotel feels very relaxed, in the morning, I also happened to meet the sika deer, completely unprepared, very pleasant surprise, very close to the helicopter club, it is very convenient to go to the plane to visit, the scenic area is also very Nearly, driving for ten minutes, there is a Mexican restaurant on the opposite side that is very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This lodge is the cheapest one out of the lodges in Grand Canyon National Park. However, it is quite clean. The showering facility is fine. The shower gel and shampoo are of better quality than average. There are a few restaurants at the lodge with a higher average price than normal, with similar price range as the Grand Canyon area. Free parking is available outside the room."

Set on several acres of pine forest in a main lodge and 18 2-story buildings, this rustic complex is a 5-minute walk from the center of Grand Canyon Village and 0.5 miles from the Rim Trail.
The Lodge South rooms have cable TV, minifridges and coffeemakers. There's no air-conditioning, and rooms have stair-access only.
The main building has a gift shop, a food court and a pizza pub.
Notice: Wearing a face mask is required in all buildings in the national park, regardless of vaccination status.

"Most of all the customer service was average. The front desk does not tell you anything and it’s like pulling teeth to get any information from them. The staff in the food court was horrible. The young man at the pizza counter was so high he couldn’t keep his eyes open and tossed our food to us. The room was clean. No microwave. There is no housekeeping. If you need anything you need to call them. They were prompt at delivering more coffee. The canyon made up for the short comings."
