The location is good, just across from the outlets, away from Highway 5, six minutes drive, there are gas stations McDonald's and other foreign fast food restaurants nearby. Choose to live here to facilitate shopping. It takes half an hour to downtown Portland. The room facilities can meet the needs of life, and the bedding is a bit old. The price is on the high side, maybe because it happens to be the weekend.

Nicely appointed hotel with spacious guest rooms. We had a very comfortable King bed. Recommend you ask for a room away from Highway (I5) as it is noisy and busy all night. Staff were super friendly and a full breakfast is provided in the morning starting at 6:30am. Woodburn is nice town with many amenities and restaurants. We went into town and had a nice Pizza dinner at Pizza Hut! The hotel also has a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub that stays open until 10 pm. Great stay!

The breakfast is very simple and full, there are many people after 8:30 and there may be no seats. The room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively old, and overall the price is relatively high. It is very close to the outlets, two or three minutes by car.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and nice amenities. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The onsite restaurants offered fabulous food and the perfect kids menu. The kitchen staff perfectly handled my son's peanut allergy- I felt very confident that he would be safe. We enjoyed Happy Hour in the Fireside Lounge. The Moonstone Spa was also very comfortable and the services were excellent. We found the location of the resort to be remote enough to be quiet and restful but conveniently located within a short distance of the other things we wanted to do. I felt very comfortable with their covid protocols. We hope to return during warmer weather.

We had one reservation for 2 days using points in a 2 bed room and consecutively paid for a second reservation of 3 days in a 1 bed room. Both rooms were spacious. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was consistently well stocked. The pool was very clean and empty. The only issue was that we saw bugs in both rooms and the hallway. The first room had a large bug in the bathroom and it went behind the mirror. When it surfaced again, my daughter screamed. We told the manager who was extremely apologetic. An employee who overheard us talking asked if it was a spider or “potato” bug. I said I thought it was a potato bug as it was large and round. They commented that the heat (close to 90F) was the likely cause. In the second room (a few doors down from the first) the bug was above the bed. This was unnerving and we all had trouble sleeping. Again, other than bugs in both rooms, the hotel was great. One additional note, the parking lot entrance is shared with the only In N Out Burger in Oregon. The drive through is always crowded and occasionally very loud cars can be heard from the 4th floor. The area is fantastic with lots of food options and a Target (with curbside) less than a 2000 ft from the hotel.
