The facilities are a bit old, the floor is low, and it feels a bit closed. The advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby the city center. In addition to traditional restaurants and coffee shops, there are also Western fast food such as pizza, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Western pastry bakeries. Turn right after exiting the hotel. There is a Kebab Torik chain store about 1 meter away. The shawarma is very delicious. A portion costs 18 to 30 thousand VND, which is only about NT$25 to 40, or about 6 to 10 RMB.
There are dozens of clothing stores and sneaker stores nearby; it is about ten minutes' walk from Ho Chi Minh Square, where local people gather for ice skating and square dancing. There is a food mall Vinh Center next to it.

Although the hotel is old, the rooms are clean.
I wanted to use a wired LAN other than Wi-Fi, but there was none.

Checked into this hotel for 5 nights and extended to 9 nights. It is very comfortable here thanks to the amazing staff who have all excelled in making us feel welcome. Booked a double room which was light and airy, very spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping is very thorough and efficient and maintained daily to a very good standard. The pool are is very clean and also spacious but may be could have more comfortable sun loungers with padded rests. Breakfast is fantastic with an extensive variety of quality dishes. Overall this was a great hotel.

Stayed there for a night while on a business trip through the province. The hotel at that time was still semi operational due to the virus situation. The images on their webpage look very nice, but they are very outdated, and it is more than evident that the hotel is at a stage where major improvement and upgrading is urgently necessary. From what I saw, the 7th or 8th floor was undergoing major renovation works. The room itself was OK, everything worked, inclusive or WIFI, although a bit slow but working. But again, what is presented on the webpage looks very different in reality. Considering that I was told that it still is the best hotel in town, choices are limited. In summary, it is a local hotel and when you stay there, you must be aware of it. But it is manageable for a night or two

I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods.
