Cometí el grave error de alojarme en este hotel el viernes pasado en un viaje de negocios a CDE, el lugar es sucio, mal oliente, ruidoso, descuidado, reparado pesimamente, decorado con mal gusto, instalaciones en malísimo estado, 7 grados de temperatura teníamos ese día y no funcionaba la calefacción, reclame 3 veces hasta q tuve q bajar a reclamar personalmente, finalmente me cambiaron la habitación luego de insistir, como lo mal que se ve el hotel es como te tratan los empleados, mal educados, sin formación, la recepcionista diurna es una persona intolerante amargada enojada con la vida, el WIFI no llegaba a mi habitación y eso que reserve la mas costosa, una suite, el desayuno fue lamentable, pedí un segundo mixto y la señora mal educada que atiende me respondió muy mal diciéndome ES SOLO UNO POR PERSONA, el café parecía agua sucia. si quieren pasar peor que en el infierno su estadía en CDE vayan a esta letrina de hotel.

Buena ubicacion, limpio , sin lujos, baño adecuado, aire acondicionado enfriaba muy bien, desayuno sencillo, nada elaborado, opciones normales , lo mejor la ubicación cerca del centro comercial de la ciudad

The hotel itself is fine for what is charged. It was a roof over our heads, and that is all we needed for the price we paid. However, the daytime receptionist was the worst type of perra I have ever encountered in the service industry. As supported by countless other reviews left by customers who have had the same experience, she was awful: rolling her eyes at simple questions intended to show respect for the property, not giving any sort of eye contact, and just making it very obvious that my very presence was not welcome. Everyone else at the property was wonderful. She was just horrible and is the reason why I will never again give my business to this establishment. This hotel has a lot of potential, and it starts with kicking the perra to the curb.
