El servicio fue excelente, todos muy amables y eficientes. La ubicacion inmejorable, todo lo necesario estaba cerca, la embajada, varios restaurantes para desayunar o comer, y un mall en frente. las instalaciones super limpias y no les faltaba nada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y si tuviera necesidad de ir de nuevo, me vuelvo a quedar ahi.

NO AIR CONDITIONING AT MY ROOM!!! I NEVER ASK FOR A HANDICAPPED ROOM AND BATHROOM AND THAT'S EXACLY WHAT I RECEIVED AND UNFORTUNATELY BYBTBE TIME I ARRIVED TO TJE PROPERTY THERE WAS NO OTHER ROOM AVAILABLE

I stayed here for a full week to do a visa interview with 2 kids. Besides the close proximity to the US consulate this place is terrible. Everything looks run down and in poor condition. Where do I begin? The rooms were dirty with boogers on the wall, food trash underneath the bed, and the bed sheets were stained. The bathroom sink did not drain the water well and the toilet didn't flush properly. We had to use the trash bin and fill it with water to pour down the toilet to complete get rid of stool. Even 3 flushes would not clear the toilet. The fire alarm went off 3 times while I was in the room. Twice it happened early morning. The breakfast was so sad. The fruit was mostly dry and old. The breakfast was almost the same everyday. Scrambles, oatmeal, beans, and some kind of meat dish. One day there was actually tortilla which was sadly the highlight of the meal. Drinks were milk, water, koolaid, and weak coffee. Half the trip they ran out of paper cups so you had to use plastic cups for hot coffee. The only good thing was that the staff was all friendly except the woman who worked in the kitchen who wore hospital scrubs all the time. One of the days we ate breakfast around 8am and my partner asked if there would be more eggs and she replied rudely all we have is what we have. This place outside of the consulate sucks and would not recommend. Also one of the times the fire alarm went off the elevators did not work. Also the one dryer they had was completely broken.

Dirty room smells bed, dusty, broken dryer exercise machine broken, same food everyday and the cheapest. Expensive , I’ll never go back there.

Place was nice but felt it needed some maintenance throughout the place. Washing nachine was nice but there was no functioning dryer.

Stay was ok. We paid in advance for our days, but ended up leaving early becaus of family emergency and they wouldnt refund the extra 3 days. Very unhappy about this.

The laundry room doesn’t work it has a whasing machine but the dryer doesn’t work and they don’t care

Great customer service definitely recommend when going to do any consulate processing. Alicia was wonder when having to add more days to our reservation.

My stay with my family was very comfortable. The place is clean. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast everyday in the morning. Our stay was very central to the places we needed to go for our stay in Cd Juarez. Walking distance to Medical Facility which was next door. Fingerprinting facility CAS is next to the American Consulate which both are walking distance as well. Mall across the street with food court. Convinience stores walking distance. 24hr Denny's next door. Hotel very clean. Room service very friendly. Front desk very friendly. Everyone very helpful. Many food places close by. Lobby has outlets to charge phones and bathrooms. Also a kitchen with tables and microwave to sit and eat. Only thing the second floor did not have working washer and dryer. Did not check the other floors. There is a tour bus that picks up people at the front of hotel that lasts about 2-3 hours and brings you back. There are many hotels around that are more luxurious but this one is very central to everything. I recommend stay at Microtel 100% if you need be at Cuidad Juarez to go to the US Embassy.

This hotel was very mediocre, room has no amenities at all, no coffee maker, no microwave and no fridge. Breakfast is very basic, they offer cereal but there is no bowl where to eat the cereal

Everything for migration is near, just I recommend to the hotel Mor option for breakfast
