Hice una reserva para abril de 2025 a través de su página web. El precio era muy reducido pero lo comprobé en varias ocasiones y siempre era el mismo precio. Me enviaron mail de confirmación con número de reserva. Lo comprobé a través de su página y estaba todo correcto. Cuál fué mi sorpresa que por casualidad mirando el spam ví un correo donde no aceptaban la reserva por un fallo suyo de actualización de tarifas de 2025 y unilateralmente anulaban mi reserva. Ni una llamada de disculpa, solo una entrada al spa como compensación y una tarifa nueva más elevada. Creo que una empresa seria debería aceptar el error y actuar de otra forma. No puedo opinar sobre instalaciones pero tengan cuidado al reservar porque se la pueden jugar

Estava de passagem e passei pelo hotel para verificar se haveria disponibilidade para mim e para os meus filhos, paguei dois quartos, que no geral me pareceram bons para o valor cobrado. O problema é que na receção me informaram que o valor do quarto dava acesso ao Park, piscina exterior e SPA. Quando fui com a família ao SPA cobravam 15 euros por pessoa. Ou seja não há acesso ao SPA. Não fui eu que perguntei, fui informado na receção que tinha acesso ao SPA... Claro que em Agosto eu meu desejo de ir para SPA era nenhum, mas tentei verificar na receção o porquê da informação mal dada... Então perguntei o que incluía o circuito SPA... Não obtive informação, apenas me foi dito para verificar na web. Não aconselho...

グラナダからマドリードに車で向かう途中の宿泊地として選び、長いドライブの疲れをスパで癒したいと思い、スパ込みの料金で予約した。20:45にスパに行ったら、係の若い女性職員が高飛車な態度でスパは20:00で終了したからダメと主張。こちらはスパ込みの料金を払っているし、ホームページにはスパが22:00まで開いていると書かれているのにおかしいじゃないかと言ったが、女性職員はスペイン語で捲し立ててNoの一点張り。何度もやり合った結果、最後は女性職員はスマホのGoogle翻訳の英語を見せて、20分だけならここにいてもいいと譲歩してくれたが、とても不愉快な気分だし、着替えとシャワーの時間を除いたら10分しかスパに入れなかったので、疲れを癒すどころではなかった。翌朝の朝食会場の男性職員も粗野で失礼だった。
また、カードキーとドアノブで部屋を開けるタイミングが難しく、部屋に入ろうとするたびに何度もやり直さないとなかなかドアを開けられなかった。部屋に湯沸かしポットがなかったのも残念だった。
公平のために良かった点も書いておくと、屋内駐車場が無料、フロントの男性職員は親切だった。

Hotel muy bueno y situado en una zona tranquila de Ciudad Real. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. El desayuno es bastante bueno, y con variedad de productos El trato del personal del hotel es muy bueno

It was clean and comfortable, the room was large and nicely decorated. We experienced a few issues though, the underground parking was illuminated by movement sensors which didn't work so we had to use our phones to find the door to the lifts in pitch dark, then we couldn't get the lift to work so we used the stairs. The receptionist wasn't concerned about the lighting or the lift, she just shrugged her shoulders. There was no hot water from the sink tap, we reported it on check out, the chap at reception was really good. There was no signage in the lifts which was confusing. Breakfast was ok but the fried eggs were stone cold. However for what we paid we would stay here again.
