Best Hotels in Ciumbuleuit, Indonesia

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to take my chances by booking this hotel and it pays off. Simply put it, we had a great time here. Especially on how inexpensive we paid for the rooms. Room were well maintained. Spacious too. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Nice breakfast served daily. On the negative side, they should provide iron for usage by the patron instead of charging us for ironing our clothes.

Good place to rest after a long day, clean, quiet, you no need to turn on the AC, it's already cold. There is no coffee maker.

Connected with one of the oldest country club in the city, this hotel located in the higher and quieter side of Bandung. Well-maintained dutch-indie colonial-era building with beautiful lawn, perfect for elders or families. But the room could be better: no shampoo and shower gel could be forgiven because of the price, but not replacing the old shabby tube TV, stains and cigarette burns on the sheets, no electric socket near the bed to charge your phone.. it's surely could be better. But overall, it's a nice relaxing place.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. When I arrived earlier, I got early check in. I choose junior suite room and its big, clean, and excellent design. Then also all staff excellent perform and helpful. Thank you special for Runi, Chani, GRO team, and Mahendrq and also Sadrasa Team. Also thank you for aurprised birthday cake for my daughter. Thank you and I will ne back

The location is very strategic, can be reached from any direction, the rooms are quite big, but equipment such as amenities is very lacking, you have to ask for towels, the water is not hot enough, the room door sometimes doesn't lock, there are no bathroom mats, pillowcases and the towels are too dirty

Very pleasant!! The hotel view is very good, the breakfast is delicious, the facilities are complete and varied, and the most highlighted things is that all the employees are very friendly and helpful! def will coming back here!

It is located on a small road and a bit far from the main road, so perhaps not an ideal location to stay. When we came there, part of the hotel was being renovated so we couldn't enjoy everything. Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast is very tasty.
