衞生情況中規中矩，就是浴缸還是不太乾淨，沒有使用，希望加強浴缸清潔。
隔音問題比較嚴重，隔壁的聲音稍微大點就能聽清。
早飯的種類豐富，味道也不錯，值得稱讚。
設施也很多，但是部分維護不是很到位，比如健身房設施可能長期無人使用，有生銹損壞無法使用的情況。
有一點需要批評，健身房旁邊的ktv房間無人管理，也無人告知使用的規則。和家裡人在該房間唱歌使用時被工作人員告知不能使用，如果需要使用的話要提前預訂。那在目前無人使用的情況下，問工作人員現在登機使用可以嗎，被告知也不能使用。且還要我們進行登記。這一點是我在酒店碰到的最不爽的情況，我家人都要發火了。不過看在其他地方還行，就不給差評了。原來打算第二年再來的，但是遇到這種情況，就要再考慮一下了。

酒店環境不錯，對面的小童樂園非常受孩子喜歡，每天都要去玩一下，酒店的服務態度也很好，小孩子説下次還要再去玩。

晚上到的達蓬山，趕巧開設了自助餐，自助餐的種類多，豐富，菜品也很新鮮很值這個價，服務員態度也很高質量，我的需求都能得到很好的解決，另外前台小姐姐也熱情，一開始的進門看到我就一直微笑，其次就是業務能力很強，辦理的速度很快，還貼心的提醒我拿好隨身物品。給服務員們點贊

強強強！大堂超有聖誕節的氛圍很漂亮，適合打卡吶，燈光搭配的也令人舒適，酒店的人也都個個精神飽滿，充滿活力。能想到送樂園票的真是太周到了啊，帶寶寶的寶媽真的由衷感謝了，小孩子玩的開心我們也跟着舒心。樂園裡的環境風景好，還有一些趣味性的活動，遊玩設施多，玩累了直接選擇去泡温泉，真的疲憊一掃而空了！晚上能在風景看到絕美落日，沿着湖邊綠道散步真的是一個絕佳的選擇。
